Nowadays,60% population worldwide live on rice,which has an extremely important effect on people's lives.Countries also pay special attention to the cultivation of major crops.In Northeast China,spring is somewhat dry and cold,which is very unfavorable for the growth of rice,so it is extremely important to cover a layer of plastic film in the surface of rice before planting.At present,people in most areas adopted the method of covering by hand,which is results in lower efficiency.At the same time,when transplanting rice seedlings,the seedlings and seedlings were exposed to plastic film,which may have a greater influence on the cultivation of rice.In view of this situation,this paper designs a instant laminating machine,which automatically covered by punching mechanism for punching plastic film,meanwhile ensuring the transplanting mechanism in transplanting seedlings into the plastic film hole smoothly.At the same time,blank pressing,mud,etc.are well-prepared.Concrete research contents are as follows:In this paper,firstly,the 3D model of the rapid laminating machine is applied by CATIA,and the assembly is completed.What's more,the main parameters of the punching mechanism are determined by drawing method and MATLAB optimization,and the kinematics analysis and force analysis are carried out.Finally,the simulation of the punching mechanism is carried out by ADAMS,and the results show that the seedlings can be inserted into the holes of the punching mechanism.
