In order to explore the effect of forage plant extracts, choosing different doses of saccharicterpenin, allicin added in the fattening pig,the study on the pig growth performance, serum biochemical indicators and fleshy, the influence of screening for high quality meat production to add quantity。This test is divided into two parts:1.The influence of pig growth performance, serum biochemical indicators and meat quality in the fattening pig which added saccharicterpenin oTest is divided into two stages, A total of300ternary mixed fattening pig were selected, which were weight of40kg. Divided into four groups, each group of three repeats。Test separately in a group,2group,3group based diet added dose of150mg、300mg、450mg of Saccharicterpenin。The control group based diet feeding。When weight of75kg, then selecting fattening pig to blood sampling, weighing。When weight of110kg, after blood sampling, weighing, each repeat choice one pig slaughtering, meat quality determined. The results are as follows:Growth performance:Saccharicterpenin can increase the average daily gain, reduce material weight ratio, with300mg/kg dose advisable when the fattening pig in40kg to75kg and75kg to110kg stage。Body measurement: Saccharicterpenin has no obvious effect to change the test body condition, but dose of450mg/kg can improve the hip circumference, increase the hindquarters pig muscle fullness。The serum biochemical indicators:When the weight from40kg to75kg, the dose of300mg/kg increased the total protein and albumin levels (P<0.05). Dose of450mg/kg significantly lower cholesterol levels (P<0.05)。Dose of150mg/kg significantly reduced aspertate aminotransferase (P<0.05). Dose of150mg/kg and300mg/kg group of alkaline phosphatase was significant difference (P<0.05). In stage of75kg to110kg, dose of150mg/kg and450mg/kg group of albumin content difference significant (P<0.05). Dose of150mg/kg and300mg/kg group Alt and aspertate aminotransferase levels differ significantly (P<0.05). Dose of150mg/kg、300mg/kg and based diet group, significant difference of alkaline phosphatase levels (P<0.05).Meat:Raising the slaughter rate with the increase of the saccharicterpenin dose. A dose of300mg/kg or more can increase the eye muscle area.450mg/kg dose can lower average backfat thickness, bark thickness, increasing the carcass lean meat and less fat rate, skin rate, rate, increase leg lean meat and fat than meat. Terpene element can improve incarnadine, sugar water, increase the marble, intramuscular fat.150mg/kg dose could increase the rate of cooked meat, shear force, in more than150mg/kg dose is lower.300mg/kg dose can improve muscle inosine acid, lowering cholesterol significantly (P<0.05), amino acid content.2.The influence of pig growth performance, serum biochemical indicators and meat quality in the fattening pig which added allicin。A total of180ternary mixed fattening pig were selected, which were weight of35kg.The text divide into two weight stage, one from35kg to65kg,the other from65kg to110kg.The text conent is the same as Saccharicterpenin.The results are as follows:Growth performance:Allicin can reduce material weight ratio, increase the average daily gain, with100mg/kg or300mg/kg dose advisable when the fattening pig in65kg to110kg (P<0.05)stage. The dose of450mg/kg can improve the body height and the hip circumference(P<0.05).The serum biochemical indicators:The allicin can increase the serum total protein, globulin content, lower cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting blood glucose levels at35kg to65kg stage. The450mg/kg dose can significantly reduce cholesterol levels (P<0.05). At65kg to110kg stage, allicin has no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes (P>0.05).Meat:Allicin can reduce slaughter rate, body length, average backfat and skin thick,150mg/kg and450mg/kg dose could increase eye muscle area,300mg/kg dose can increase the length of small intestine (P<0.05).More than300mg/kg dose can significantly increase the carcass lean meat (P<0.05). Allicin can decrease the rate of bone, skin, fat rate, increase proportion of hind legs, dose of450mg/kg increased leg lean meat, and difference significant with150mg/kg dose (P<0.05), meat fat ratio rises with the dose. Dose of300mg/kg of the above can significantly improve the nude (P<0.05).450mg/kg dose can improve hydraulic (P<0.05). Shear force, marble and intramuscular fat increase with the increase of dose, cooked meat rate increases with dose reduction before. Allicin can enhance inosine acid, amino acids, reduce cholesterol, more than300mg/kg dose significantly lower proportion of umami amino acids (P<0.05).
