Four parts were involved in this thesis. Main research were studied about the effect of fermented cassava residue on growth performance, blood biochemical indicators and nutrient digestion metabolism of local black goats.Theoretical basises were supported in order to develop fermented cassava residue as a new kind feed of local black goats. Methods:Using single factorial experiment design, forty local black goats with body weight of18.28±1.41kg were randomly allocated to5groups and every group included8goats in this experiment. Five levels group were involved in this experiment, the proportion of fermented cassava residue in diets were0%、5%、10%、15%、20%。The growth performance and blood biochemical indicators were assayed at the end of the feeding experiment, as well as the gas production and rumen pH of black goats。At the mid of the experiment, with the method of acid insoluble ash for the determination of nutrient digestibility. The effect of fermented cassava residue on the growth performance of local black goats:Daily feed intake (dry matter basis) and average daily gain of test group1and control group were stable (P>0.05), test group2、test group3and test group4were significantly increased than test group1and control group(P<0.05)。The effect of fermented cassava residue on the blood biochemical indicators of local black goats:TP、ALB、GLB、BUN. CR、UA、ALT、AST、TG、BG、CH、 HDL、LDL、TBIL、IBIL、GGT and ALP were stable(P>0.05)。DBIL of test group 1、test group3、test group4and control group were stable, test group2had a significant difference than control group(P<0.05). Test group2were significantly lowered than test group1and test group3(P<0.05).The effect of fermented cassava residue on the apparent nutrient digestibility of local black goats:1、The apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude fiber of test group1、test group2、test group3and test group4were significantly increased than control group(P<0.05), test group1、test group2、test group3were significantly lowered than test group4(P<0.05)。2、The apparent digestibility of energy of test group1、 test group2、test group3and test group4were significantly increased than control group(P<0.05), test group1、test group2were significantly lowered than test group3and test group4(P<0.05)。3、The apparent digestibility of crude protein of test group1、test group2、test group3and test group4were significantly increased than control group(P<0.05), test group1、test group2、test group3were significantly lowered test group4(P<0.05)。4、The apparent digestibility of crude fat of test group1、test group3、test group4and control group were stable(P>0.05), test group2were significantly increased than control group (P<0.05), test group1、test group2、test group3and test group4were stable(P>0.05)。The effect of fermented cassava residue on the rumen metabolism of local black goats:1、The gas production of all groups were stable(P>0.05) within0-24h; test group1、test group2、est group3and control group were stable(P>0.05), test group4were significantly lowered than control group (P<0.05) within24-36h; test group1、 test group2and control group were stable (P>0.05), test group3、test group4were significantly increased than control group (P<0.05), test group4were significantly increased than test group2within36-48h、48-72h and72-96h。2、The rumen PH of test group1、test group2and control group were stable (P>0.05), test group3、test group4were significantly lowered than control group (P<0.05), test group1、test group2were significantly increased than test group3、test group4within0-24h (P<0.05); compared with the control group, test group2, test group3and test group4had no significant difference (P>0.05), test group1were significantly increased than control group within24-48h (P<0.05); test group1、test group2、test group3and control group were stable (P>0.05), test group4were significantly lowered than control group (P<0.05) within48-72h; test group1、test group2、test group3and test group4were significantly lowered than control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:1、The fermented cassava residue can improve the growth performance of the black goat, the best proportion is20%。2、Diets supplemented with fermented cassava residue has no adverse effects on the goat biochemical indicators of local black goats。3、The fermented cassava residue can improve the black goat on the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude fiber, crude protein and energy, with20%peak,15%followed by fermentation of cassava residue; The fermented cassava residue of crude fat apparent digestibility improve role in promoting, may be related to the type of dietary fat and the composition。4、The fermented cassava residue can promote the rumen metabolic processes of black goats, there is no adverse effect on rumen fermentation activity。...
