The cultivation of Siraitia grosvenorii has been taken in the traditional way—shed planting, and the space between rows, causes a serious waste of land and space. Considering the reason for light and making full use of land space, this study is used two kinds of cultivation mode, which is vertical cultivation and shed planting Siraitia grosvenorii, intercropping ginger of a shadow of crops. The experiment was carried out to explore the photosynthetic characteristics and physiological characteristics of ginger on different cultivation; yield and economic efficiency of ginger; light, temperature, moisture condition of Siraitia grosvenorii and ginger comparison intercropping field, as well as yield and quality of Siraitia grosvenorii. Make full use of land and space are to achieve efficiency cultivation of Siraitia grosvenorii. The experiment results are as follows:1、P, ginger leaves net photosynthetic rate at early and later growth stage was slightly higher and lower than that of CK1respectively, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2content and transpiration rate were lower than those of CK1L, ginger leaves net photosynthetic rate at early growth stage was higher than CKl, at later growth period was slightly lower than CK1, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2content and transpiration rate was lower than CK1.2^There were similar in enzyme activity and lipid peroxidation variation of the intercropped ginger on Siraitia grosvenorii field of P and L, but the amplitude of P became higher, and the POD and CAT activity of ginger leaves were higher than CK1at the early growth stage, while at the later growth stage was slightly lower than CK1; SOD activity was lower than CK1in the four growth stages.3、The light, temperature, moisture of the intercropping field all meet the growth and development requirements of ginger in all growth stage.4、Comparied on yield of Siraitia grosvenorii, P and L are intercropped, the total fruit number was higer than the monoculture; Large and medium-sized fruit rate, P was little different with single shed cultivation, and L was significantly higher than the single vertical cultivation; small fruit rate, P and L were lower than the monoculture; substandard fruit rate, P was higher than the single shed cultivation, and L was the same with single vertical cultivation.5、The comparison of Siraitia grosvenorii, soluble solide, total sugar content, vitamin C content and moisture content, P and L were basically the same with the monoculture.6、Intercropping Siraitia grosvenorii and ginger not only ensured yield and quality of Mangosteen, but also maked full use of land and space. Besides the per mu yield of ginger was high, especially in vertical cultivation, which brought excellent benefits.
