Siraitia grosvenorii is one of Guangxi’s major specialty products.Reasonable water and fertilizer management is one of the important links to improve the yield per unit of Siraitia grosvenorii and yield per unit area and improve the quality of Siraitia grosvenorii. At present, there is less research on water and fertilizer management in Siraitia grosvenorii cultivation. In this test, six groups of fertilization treatments were set up.The proportions of fertilizer application were NH4+-N/NO3--N,100:0(N1),75:25(N2),50:50(N3),and 25:75(N4).0:100(N5)and 0:0(CK).Through the analysis of different processing conditions, the physiological and agronomic traits of Mangosteen, soil environment, and the yield and quality of Mangosteen were studied. The effects of nitrogen form ratio on the yield and quality of Siraitia grosvenorii were discussed. The results of the experiment are as follows:When the ratio of ammonium fertilizer to nitrogen fertilizer was 50:50,the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in the leaves was the highest, and that of the stalks was the highest. The results showed that the total number of Siraitia grosvenorii strains was the highest, and the total soluble sugar content and total saponin V content were highest in Siraitia grosvenorii strains. In general, mixed forms of nitrogen treatment are more conducive to the growth of Mangosteen.Mixed nitrogen can balance the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of nitrogen sources, increase the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of Mangosteen, increase the activity of enzymes in the leaves, and increase the Mangosteen The amount of bioaccumulation had a significant effect on the growth of Siraitia grosvenorii, the number of fruits, the size of fruit, the soluble sugar content of fruit, the total amount of reducing sugar in the whole plant, and the total amount of fruit saponin V.
