Pleurotus eryngii has high nutritional,medical and economical values.In recent years,industrial cultivation techniques of Pleurotus eryngii have been the object of much research. The experimental on the branch strains production technology and related technologies of Pleurotus eryngii in industrial cultivation mode has primary researched.Firstly,6pleurotus eryngii strains were selected. The strains were tested judging from the anti-mildew ability, vigor and color,mycelium growth rate, nutritional ingredient,the yield and the cultivation time and the fruit body characteristics. Secondly on the strains selected, the water content of branch, pH,and the time of mycelia overgrowing the bag were investigated in the study of the branch strains production technology. Thirdly, the experiment studied the compost of Pleurotus eryngii using cotton seed hull, saw-dust, corn cob, wheat bran to select formula of substrate which was suitable for the industrial cultivation.The conclusions are as follows:1. The relationship between the6strains showed:5groups were determined. The first group is No.1and No.4;The second group is No.2;The third group is No.3. The fourth group is No.5; The fifth group is No.6;The test on mycelium growth information shows:No.1trains was suitable for the industrial cultivation, and its mycelium grew fastest (3.82mm/d), white intensive and vigorous on PDA and yield per bag reached the higher (317.56g),while the cultivation time was short (46d).2. The test of the branch strains production technology results showed that the optimal soaking time is20h, the optimum adding lime concentration was3.00g/L, the optimal formula of auxiliary culture medium is sawdust40%, cottonseed hull40%,wheat bran18%, calcium bicarbonate1%, and lime1%.3.The research on the change of the extracellular enzyme activities in different culture mediums showed that different composts could influence the activities of extracellular enzymes. The change trend of CMC and HC is raising before the fruiting body maturing. Formula D is reaching the maximum. But laccase was reverse to the CMC and HC. In mycelium growth stage, Amylase activity is raising. when fruiting body maturing was appeared, the amylase activity begin to low.4. The best compost formula is sawdust15%, corncob45%,cotton seed hulls20%, bran10%, bean pulp8%,calcium bicarbonate1%, and lime1%.For this formula, mycelium has good growth situation, high fruiting body yield, high biological efficiency.5. Latter stage of ripening can affect the growth of mycelium,time of fruit body, yield, quality. The result showed that the shortest incubation period is9days for the mycelium to cover the entire bag.6. Using Liquid spawn which has strong vigor, white and the cultivation time was38d.Using branch strains which has strong vigor, white and growth time was46d.
