The field experiment was conducted in Xinjiang a special cultivation ecological zones, the experimentmaterial was cultivar Xinhan688, using the Two-factor split-plot experimental as designing, the main areaof irrigation frequency were W2(jointing stage, flowering stage), and W4(three-leaf stage, jointing stage, flowering and filling stage). The treatment of Nitrogen application rate were0kg/ha(N0),150kg/ha(N1),300kg/ha(N2),450ha(N3).By studying the effects of nitrogen application rate on yield and quality ofspring wheat under different irrigation frequency aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the newvarieties breeding of high-quality spring wheat, and a suitable fertilizer rate and irrigation frequency for abetter field cultivation and management. The main results were as follows:Chla, Chlb, and Chl(a+b),increased with the amount of nitrogen, in a certain range of Napplication,Chla/Chlb value gradually decreased with increasing amount of nitrogen. Increased netphotosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2concentration decreased when the nitrogen rate reached450kg/ha,intercellular CO2concentration began to increase photosynthetic rate but decreased in the range of0~300kg/ha nitrogen application. In W2conditions, with the increase in the amount of nitrogen, total dry matter, the vegetative organsdry matter accumulation was first increased and then decreasing trend in the W4conditions, with thenitrogen fertilizer to increase the total dry matter, nutrition organ dry matter accumulation showed anincreasing trend, but on the basis of N2nitrogen, the rate of increase is not large. The maximum filling rate(Vm) and the rapid accumulation of total (GT) increased first and then a decreasing trend with increasingamount of nitrogen. The same nitrogen rate, W4handle the maximum filling rate than treatment W2late,while the maximum filling rate duration longer than the treatment W2.At the same irrigation frequency, the amount of nitrogen production was increased with the increase ofnitrogen application can significantly improve wheat production, resulting in cuts and excessive nitrogenfertilization, yield components, excessive nitrogen application not only reduces the unit area into panicles, but also reduces the grain weight, resulting in production. At the same nitrogen rate, the yields performanceW4> W2.Nitrogen fertilizer is conducive to the improvement of the wet gluten content and sedimentation value, dough development time, settling time, and the evaluation value increases firstly and then decreasing trendwith increasing amount of nitrogen decreases and then increases the softness trend, stretching area, tensileresistance and maximum resistance with increasing amount of nitrogen was increased with the increasetrend. In the same nitrogen conditions, irrigation water two times treatment processing quality is better thanfilling four water time treatments.
