The Environmental Quality Analysis And Assessment Of Part The Beef Cattle Farms In Xinjiang

For the purpose of mastering the environmental quality condition of the bases raising cows in Xinjiang,measurement results are obtained according to the norm 《The environmental quality standard of livestockand poultry farms》（NY/T388-1999） by stationing, sampling and testing the key environmental indicators inthe stalls, atmosphere, drinking water and soil and by evaluating and rating these indicators. The result is asfollows:（1） The concentration of CO₂in stalls and environmental quality is167～615mg/m³and156～402mg/m³respectively; NH₃is0.1～4mg/m³and0.1～3.8mg/m³; CH₄is0～588mg/m³and0～273mg/m³;H₂S concentration is lower or equal to0; both the maximum concentration and average concentration dailyof CO₂,NH₃,CH₄,H₂S are lower the standard of the environmental air quality. Assessing atmosphericenvironment, the comprehensive pollution index is less than0.6and every single pollution index is lower1,falling to the category of Level1, namely atmospherically sanitary.（2） In drinking water, the pH is7.21～8.51; the total dissolved solids is132～758mg/L; the content ofsulfate is19.93～32.28mg/L; Total coliform bacteria is2～350MPN/100mL; fluoride is0.233～0.599mg/L; cyanide is0.0023～0.0148mg/L; nitrite is undetected～0.0514mg/L; nitrate nitrogen content is0.21～2.565mg/L; As is0.000255～0.000957mg/L; Hg is0.000842～0.004174mg/L; Pb is0.000054～0.003561mg/L; Cd and Cr are not detected. Monitoring indicators of concentration are conforming to therequirements of the pollution-free livestock and poultry drinking water regulations. Assessing drinkingwater in the seven monitoring points, the comprehensive pollution index is0.5～1and every single is lessthan1, pollution levels belong to clean or it is clean.（3） Sampling from the representative spots, the average content of Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cr is34.644mg/kg,0.25mg/kg,0.138mg/kg,0.55mg/kg,29.352mg/kg, respectively, lower the limited concentration in《Farmland environmental quality evaluation standards for livestock and poultry production》（HJ568-2010）.The single pollution of Cd of the soil environmental quality in the NO.7monitoring spots are greater than1and the comprehensive pollution index is1.138, assessing the soil rate as slightly polluted, others arebetween0.074～0.783and every single pollution index is less than1, pollution levels belong to clean.To be summary, stalls, intensity of air, water and soil environment conform to the requirements of thepollution-free production, most of the environmental indicators also comply with the requirement of greenand organic animal products.
