This study of wild grasses and commodity turf grass endophytic fungus pathogen rate survey inxinjiang, a series of study on endophytic fungi in the laboratory, the results showed:(1) part of wild grassand lawn grass seeds and plant pathogen rate monitoring results can be seen that most of the seed of thecarrier rate is very high, most of the leaf sheath of undetectable hyphae, endophytic fungi of hyphae wasnot detected, some hyphae are disabled, only cover with alkali grass endophytic fungi with have certainactivity.(2) through the cover with Elymus dahuricus Turcz.and fresh separation and identification ofendophytic fungi in the plant, isolated from endophytic fungi with Neotyphodium coenophialum verysimilar, for the first time isolated from alkali grass endophytic fungi of such, the new symbionts, theoptimum growth temperature is25℃, can grow to between5℃35℃, lower than5℃and35℃higherthan cannot grow; Optimum pH9, under the environment of pH3can grow, in the pH511under thecondition of relatively slow growth, and explain the alkali, the strongest ability to use maltose, worst uptakeability of fructose; Endophytic fungi for maximum use of yeast extract and ammonium oxalate using abilityis the weakest, the optimal culture medium is PDA medium.(3) during the period of drought stress, withthe intensification of drought stress, with alkali grass leaf relative water content is less, proline, solublesugar content increased gradually, under severe drought stress of endophytic fungi in soluble sugar andproline content is influenced by endogenous fungal infection. Under different drought stress, leaf relativewater content is not affected by endophytic fungi.During salt stress, with the intensification of salt stress,and alkali grass E+and E-proline, soluble sugar content increased gradually. In salt concentration of0,100mmol L-1,there was no significant difference of soluble sugar content about E+and E-,the saltconcentration is200mmol L-1,300mmol L-1,Pro and soluble sugar content is significantly higher E+thanthat of E-. So this kind of endophytic fungi can improve the grass’s drought resistance and salt resistance.
