Study on characterization of the environmental impact of ecophysiological data of the plant is crucialimportance for our understanding of the life activities of plant processes and interaction relationshipbetween plants and environment. At present, the physiological and ecological index of plant growth processare comprehensively and nondestructive less research of continuous observation. In this study, Armeniacavulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing was taken as the object, using a Phytalk phytomonitor system, throughmonitoring simultaneously three physiological indexes of stem diameter, stem sap flow and leaf waterpotential variations of Armeniaca vulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing and the environmental factors. Combined withcorrelation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, this thesis analyzes diurnal and year variations of thephysiological indexes and with the relationship between environmental factors, the main research results asfollows:According to the study of the diurnal variation of the stem diameter, the diurnal variation of the stemdiameter of A. vulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing shows obvious diurnal variation. The air relative humidity is oneof the most important environmental factors under whatever the weather conditions. In growth periods, thestem diameter variations are mainly affected by air relative humidity and soil water potential. In earlygrowth period, the average growth rate in stem diameter at2.26μm per day. The stem diameter growsrapidly after the full-bloom period. The stem diameter is reached maximum with an average growth rate at14.99μm in fruit coloring period. Relatively, it grows slowly during fruit maturity period, then growthground to a halt.According to the study of the diurnal variation of the stem sap flow, change trends of the day processof the stem sap flow of A. vulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing are approximately same, showing remarkable day andnight rhythms. In sunny day, the stem sap flow presents single-peak curve. But it waved volatile in overcastand rainy day. The environmental factors affecting the stem sap flow are different under different weatherconditions. In growth periods, the stem sap flow variations are mainly affected by air relative humidity. Inearly growth period, the average rates of stem sap flow are small. After entering growth period, the stemsap flow maintaind at higher level. The stem sap flow of A. vulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing have big peak infruit enlargement and hard core period. The duration of the stem sap flow is longest and big daily averagein fruit harvested period. Relatively, it grows slowly during fruit maturity period, then growth ground to ahalt.According to the study of the diurnal variation of the leaf water protential, the diurnal variation curveis “V” type curve of leaf water protential. In early growth period, then the leaf water potential of A.vulgaris cv. Kuchebaixing are at high level. With the tree growth and changes of environment factors, theplant produced water deficit, the leaf water potential is slowed, the lowest rate is in fruit colouringperiod. With the solar radiation is reduced and the vapor pressure deficit increased, when it grows slowlythe leaf water protential is restored. The diurnal variation curve is “V” type curve of leaf water protential inall growth periods. The leaf water protential daily variation is mainly affected by factors of vapor pressuredeficit and air relative humidity. With the characters of the leaf and the environment combined action, theleaf water protential variation is mainly affected by different environment factors, but the most importantfacter is the vapor pressure deficit.
