Efficient use of land resources in Xinjiang to expand the range of hybrid hazel planted in Xinjiang, make Xinjiang hybrid hazel introduction with local conditions closely integrated, to provide certaintheoretical basis of the scientific basis for the introduction and cultivation of saline areas in Xinjiang hybridhazel. This article with the six hybrid hazel varieties (84-254,84-226,84-310,82-11,82-15,81-21), age2saplings as test object, under salinity stress on the photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and Morphological characteristics of plants respectively weredetermined and analyzed,Researched the saline-alkali hazel hybrid varieties in different salinity stress, Themain results are as follows:1. From the diurnal variation of photosynthetic indicators: In the case of the same salinity, netphotosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance degrees (Gs), intercellular CO2concentration (Ci) diurnalvariation showed a bimodal curve showed a "siesta" phenomenon; transpiration rate (Tr) diurnal variationis first increased, then decreased, showing a single peak curve; continue to reduce the basic trend of thecurve of the diurnal variation of water use efficiency (WUE). As can be seen from the diurnal variation offluorescent indicators: the primordial solar energy conversion efficiency (Fv/Fm) and ΦPSII sharp declineto13:00temperature of the highest "siesta" phenomenon appears, with the weakening of the light intensity,Fv/Fm、ΦPSII began to rise, larger than Fv/Fm but ΦPSII rebound;"∧" non-photochemical quenchingNpQ of an asymmetrical type characteristics and elevated with the the day change NpQ day decreased. Thediurnal variation of the eight indicators from9:00to19:00accumulation in different varieties (lines) arequite different, this value is to a certain extent reflect the different hybrid hazelnut varieties (lines) ofsaline-alkali capacitystrength,Through principal component, the membership function a comprehensiveanalysis of photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics,of saline-alkali resistance strength of the orderof81-21>82-11>82-15>84-226>84-310>84-254.2. Physiological and biochemical characteristics of the hazel from the hybridization analysis showedthat: the six hybrid hazel varieties (lines) in the cell membrane permeability, chlorophyll, proline, solublesugar, protein5indicators were highly significant differences (P<0.01),malondialdehyde content,SODenzyme activity, POD activity of these three indicators was a significant difference (P<0.05). Six hybridhazel varieties (lines) with the aggravation of salinity membrane permeability, soluble sugar, MDA contentshowed an upward trend, mainly due to salinity to cause hybrid hazel physiological drought, normal cellsdamaged normal physiological hampered due to accumulation; chlorophyll, proline, protein, SOD activity,POD activity of a downward trend, mainly due to salinity hurt the tissue, so that the activity of the cellsdecreased functional decline.8physiological and biochemical indicators of these six varieties (lines) usingprincipal component membership function method to conduct a comprehensive analysis, the strength of saltand alkali tolerance:84-226>84-254>81-21>82-15>84-310>82-11.3. From the analysis of the morphological characteristics of the hybrid hazel branches growth: the sixhybridization hazel varieties (lines) in the same year, the amount of diameter growth, leaf long growth, amount of leaf width growth of four indicators showed a significant difference (P<0.05); six hybrid hazelvarieties (lines) growth of branches and with the severity of salinity stress, the amount of diameter growth, leaf long volume, the amount of leaf width growth showed a downward trend, mainly due to the saltalkaliinhibits plant growth is slow, resulting in growth and physiological drought, curled leaf margins, relativegrowth rate and its morphological characteristics showed reduced growth. Principal component, themembership function is a comprehensive analysis of its strength of salt and alkali tolerance:82-15>81-21>84-310>84-254>82-11>84-226.4. Show that the variation of soil moisture content and total salt drip: Hazel saplings hybrid2years old,the soil salinity as the water movement and migration, and the moist soil salinity, soil water content and thetotal variation of salt from the drip edge of the area for the horizontal direction40cmvertically40cm, dripirrigation does play a role dilute the salt, transfer, salinity, pressure salt.5. Photosynthetic and fluorescence parameters above, physiological and biochemical characteristics, the analysis of the morphological characteristics of saline-alkali resistance of the hybrid hazel make acomprehensive and integrated evaluation:81-21,82-15,84-226, three varieties(Department) is moresaline-alkali, while the other three varieties (lines) of saline-alkali poor.
