Hazelnut is one kind of tree-nut spicies, This paper studied the all the florescent and burliness phonological.This discussed from the time of abloom and florescence,the rule of seed growth,contention of soluble sugar and fat. ACCase in hazel nuts. This paper observed the time of abloom and florescence in three genuses. Hazel strains research results show that:1:Cul.84-254,84-545 is blooming at the same time,81-19 is strains of the first. Blades are both began to display after the female 5-7d, blade for 45 days for growth. Three versions of the fruit development process also are almost the same, from the start to spend after pollination 60d, belong to the ovary swollen period; From flowers 60d to 110d after, young fruit increased rapidly to nuts sclerosis period; Take 110d to fowering after 120d, belong to fruit full period; Take 120d to flowering after 140d of nuts, mature after. The male growth trend all single "s" shape.Three strains of hybridization with double blade variation hazel "S" type, three strains of leaf length and width gap significantly.2:Selected two hybrid hazel strains, soluble carbohydrate is mainly composed by cane sugar, fructose and glucose lord; Mature nuts of 84-545,81-19, soluble sugar including approximately 12.23%,13.87%; cane sugar about 92.5%,90.63%, glucose about 2.7%.1.55%, fructose about 4.8%,7.82%.Fatty acid consists mainly of oleic acid and linoleic acid, linoleic acid, and hexadecanoic acid, peanut acid, dodecenoicacid, stearic acid and so on six kinds of fatty acids composition. Mature nuts of 84-545,81-19, crude fat content reach to 55.37%,54.19%:the unsaturated fatty acid in the total amount of 94.1%,93.3%; The main content of soluble sugar and fatty acid content of change in fruit has a significant correlation,The correlation coefficient of two strains is as follows:0.985,0.875; Content of saturated fatty acids first increased and then decreased, the content of unsaturated fatty acid gradually increased; when fruit is matuer, the levels is highest; the point of soluble and fatty acid changing is 17 and 26, June.After analyzing, Oleic acid and linoleic acid,peanut acid dodecenoicacid have significant correlation, correlation coefficient are larger than 0.8. Hexadecanoic acid and oleic acid,linoleic acid is very significant positive correlation, correlation coefficient are 0.9; Stearic acid and peanuts acid,dodecenoicacid is the significant negative correlation, correlation coefficient are-0.9; In 84-545, glucose and linoleic acid,stearic acid is negatively correlated,correlation coefficient are -0.72,0.70; Sucrose and all kinds of fatty acid are significantly positive correlation,correlation coefficient are larger than 0.75,81-19 have the same correlation.3:Hybridization in hazelnut carboxylase succinylcoa enzyme research shows that different strains of the content of ACCase enzyme change law is similar, but also have certain distinction.
