Here we use the Octoploid Tritelytrigia (wheat grass8, AABBDDEE,2N=56)hybrid Hexaploid Triticale (hashi209, AABBRR,2N=42) and created the wheat-Elytrigia–rye, a new hybrid germplasm for improved wheat varieties. The third filialgeneration performed some detections: morphology, cytology, molecular markers. Inthis study, the following main results:(1)The morphology and cytology test results show that the F3plants someperformance the traits Tritelytrigia, such as plants higher, vigorous growth, late maturity,spend more resistance to the three rust diseases; Some performance triticale traits, suchas large fringe, fringe spikelets arranged sparse spike stems have hairs, resistance topowdery mildew. Breeding E group, St group (from parental octoploid TritelytrigiaThinopyrum intermedium E1E2St) which resistance to disease, more flowers, the grainplumpness, regenerative capacity; R group large fringe, multispikelet, droughtresistance and good comprehensive traits and the common wheat more flowers,largegrain materials. Univalents of microsporocytes gradually decreased, the bivalentsnumber gradually increase, the root apical cellchromosome number changes in47-54,may breed to the materials of AABBEERR or AABBDD additional and translocationalE, R chromosomes or chromosome fragments.(2)Molecular marker test results show that the F3plants through the R group Egroup and St group genome-specific molecular markers, target fragments wereamplified in the R group E group and St group. Use victory-rye probe hybrid F3In situhybridization. Prove F3generation plants are the right wheat-Thinopyrum-rye, hybridmaterials.
