The Study On Patter Of Roof Greening Of Public Building In Fuzhou

With urbanization developing, optimizing the urban ecology and creating livable cities cause widespread concern in society. Roof greening of public building as an integral part of urban greening is very important in the process of advancing urbanization. This article is in the background of Fuzhou, taking roof greening of Public building as the research object. By presenting the research situation of roof greening, we understand the current development and construction of roof greening of Public building, thorough analyzing and summarizing the existing problems and causes and putting forward countermeasures, and by doing investigation and questionnaire survey to the status quo of roof greening of five partitions of Fuzhou. Finally build pattern system research of roof greening of Public building thorough development goals, configuration principle, building pattern, rainwater resource reuse pattern, supporting facilities and supporting technologies, etc. The main research results of this article:1. We could get following answer by analyzing about the present situation of roof greening of public building:Fuzhou’s roofs greening of public building currently have44species (the actual investigation appear two or more plants). Including trees four species, accounted for9.1%of total species; Shrubs28species, accounting for63.6%; Cover and vine respectively3and9species, and accounted for6.8%and20.5%; A total of seven kinds of color plants, accounts for15.9%of the proportion of the planted trees. According to the practical investigation, induce the list of main plant of roof greening of Public building of Fuzhou.2.The analysis to the awareness, satisfaction, greening type selection of public building roof greening population needs showed that citizens of Fuzhou supported public building roof greening. But In the choice of green building types, there are differences between different people:white-collar workers tend to choose ornamental recreation type in order to meet the leisure recreation outside of work; ordinary residents tend to choose potted landscape type in order to edify sentiment; elderly residents tend to choose horticultural fruit type in order to achieve their "pastoral’dream’";those who worry about building bearing pays to choose simple carpet typ; those who woek in campus education research institutions emphasizes scientific type. Therefore, it need be well coordinated between the demand for construction and construction of environmental requirements and the needs of the crowd in the planning3. The analysis to the characteristics of different types of public building roof greening in the field of commercial buildings showed that the roof greening of commercial buildings and school buildings is unreasonable in Fuzhou, the facilities were inadequate, regional resources and the use of advantage are insufficient. Green plants had a low proportion in general and paving occupied most of the building roof area,facilities just include seat, flower, rarely with rockeries and waters. In addition, the abundant rainwater resources and regional cultural characteristics of Fuzhou are less used in design. 4. Through making systematic study about building pattern of roof greening of public buildings in Fuzhou: it proposes the developing target and configuration principle of construction pattern of roof greening of public buildings in Fuzhou, describes the relationship between roof greening of public building and the construction principle. It also conclude four kinds of building mode about roof greening of public building,they are Garden leisure type roof greening mode.Gardening melon type roof greening mode,Simple carpet type roof greening mode and Flower bed landscaping type roof greening mode. This paper introduces the application scope model in detail, main functions and configuration elements, and make quantitative ratio about landscape elements, plant varieties, color, etc; then put forward a complete set of building elements and matching technology of roof greening of public buildings in Fuzhou, and carry on the system instructions, finally combined with Guan ya plaza and Fuzhou Xiao liu primary school, respectively elaborates the different building pattern of roof greening of public building.5. In order to solve the key problem of roof rainwater, based on a reasonable set of storage and drainage of the innovation, summarizes the Fuzhou public building roof rainwater resources green matching and pattern, namely the water application mode and practical mode, in order to achieve the rational management of water resources. To the Water application pattern,the paper overview mode function, setting principle and setting method; To the utility model of life, the paper made two ways from the roof to floor to solve the problem.Hope that the Fuzhou’s roof greening of public building could provide a theoretical reference for the future through the study of the subject; and also provide some useful information for other similar cities.
