With the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs clearly stating in the Notice on Issues Related to the Management of Agricultural Land for Facilities that"the construction of multi-story buildings is allowed in farming facilities",building farming has flourished in China.At present,the ventilation structure of the building,represented by the air shaft type,is widely used to realize the air circulation in the breeding house,and the same independent control system as the bungalow breeding is used to regulate the ventilation between the breeding unit and the air shaft.However,due to the influence of the air shaft structure,when the ventilation quantity under the same air shaft is certain,the air shaft ventilation quantity affected by the high and low-floor breeding units is uneven,resulting in large deviations in temperature regulation in each breeding unit,which makes it difficult to achieve accurate control of the temperature in each unit and affects the production capacity.To solve this problem,this paper carries out research on intelligent control systems for building breeding,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)In response to the problem that it is difficult to achieve accurate control of the temperature in each breeding unit due to the unbalanced effect of air shaft ventilation on the high and low floors under the same air shaft,this paper proposes an intelligent control system solution for building breeding-IB~2S(Intelligent building dual system)control system.The scheme divides each floor in the same air shaft into independent breeding units,the sub-control system is responsible for the regulation of the temperature in each unit,and the main control system regulates the ventilation volume of the air shaft according to the ventilation volume demand of each sub-control system,so as to achieve the accuracy,timeliness,and stability of the temperature regulation in each breeding unit under the same air shaft.(2)The software and hardware design of the IB~2S control system.The system hardware is designed according to the division of the control system functional modules,and the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test and constant temperature and humidity operation test are conducted to verify the stability of the system hardware circuit,anti-interference ability,and high temperature and humidity tolerance.For the functional requirements of the control system,based on the UC/OS operating system,the system is divided into task modules with different priorities according to the functional requirements of different functional modules and their importance,and the software design is carried out for each independent task module to realize the software functions of each module.(3)Because of the serious external interference in the building breeding environment,and the traditional control system mostly uses PID controller or PI controller resulting in slow response,large steady-state error,and poor anti-interference ability,this paper applies the fuzzy PID control algorithm in the IB~2S control system,and the simulation verifies that the scheme has faster response speed and stronger robustness compared with the traditional scheme in the building breeding house temperature regulation.(4)Build the experimental platform.Firstly,the system equipment is tested for data communication,and intercepted messages are analyzed to verify the accuracy and stability of data communication between the system equipment and equipment and the platform.Secondly,the control system is installed for the building breeding site operation test,intercepting the site temperature regulation data,and analyzing the reliability and stability of the actual operation of the system.Experimental results show that the IB~2S control system proposed in this paper can alleviate the problem of uneven impact of air shaft ventilation on high and low floors,and effectively regulate the real-time temperature in each breeding unit of the building within the desired range,and the scheme is feasible.
