Nowadays, poison incident caused by salmonella、Staphylococcus aureus、Listeria monocytogenes and Campylobacter occurs frequently. All the four becteria can infect pigs and comtaminate many kinds Pork products, so the four becteria cantained in the pigs took much attention, and always be the foucs point of foodsecurity. Live Pig, the reservoir of the four becteria, is wildly distributed in the pigs, the pathogenic bacteria in the gut of infected pigs can remove outside with the feces, then pollute the environment, infect people and livestock. The four bacteria not only be harmful to pig industry, but also have great damage to the food security. So investigation of the possible infections to the four bacteria has great theoretical and practical significance. In the past60years, antibiotics have been rapidly developed and widely used, the treatment of bacterial infections has made great progress. But there are also many negative consequences, such as the increase of bacterial resistance, adverse reaction is gradually increasing, the spread of resistant bacteria. Detection of drug sensitivity, and understanding of bacterial resistance status and resistance mechanism, has an important guiding significance for rational use of antibiotics. With the combination of traditional detection technology and PCR, these suspicious bacteria from large-scale pig farms in Hubei, Hunan, Henan, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces have been isolated and identified. The isolates were obtained from lungs, trachea, heart blood, intestines and other organs of diseased or dead pigs. Suspicious isolates were first identified by Gram staining, and then use PCR for finial confirmation. We obtained a total number of376isolates from lungs,177from trachea,241from heart blood, and219from intestines. Among the376isolates from lungs,4isolates were Listeria monocytogenes,41isolates were Salmonella,14isolates were Staphylococcus aureus. Among the177isolates from trachea, the numbers were1,26,11, respectively. Among the241isolates from heart blood,33isolates were Salmonella,9isolates were Staphylococcus aureus. Among the219isolates from intestines,6isolates were Listeria monocytogenes,111isolates were Salmonella,43isolates were Staphylococcus aureus and2isolates were Campylobacteria. For susceptibility testing, we choose Kirby-Baueer Dise Diffusion method,.21antibiotics were used, covering all8classes of antibiotics. Thus we can have a comprehension of the antibiotic resistance of these isolates. The results of susceptibility test show that the antibiotic resistance ofSalmonella to these21antibiotics are as follows:GEN77.73%、NEO61.61%、AMK24.64%、TCY91%、 CHL83.41%、POL11.37%、VAN96.68%、KAN64.45%、STX73.93%、STR60.66%、 SPT60.66%、CZO26.54%、CZX9.48%、AMX45.5%、CIP24.64%、PEN99.53%、 AMP100%、AZM67.3、ENX76.78%、OFX61.14%、HAB15.64%。The antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus Aureus to these21antibiotics are as follows:GEN0%、NEO5.56%、AMK63.64%、TCY100%、CHL100%、POL100%、 VAN0%、KAN45.45%、STX100%、STR90.9%、SPT72.72%、CZO0%、CZX100%、 AMX0%、CIP45.45%、PEN90.9%、AMP100%、AZM100%、ENX81.82%、OFXO%、 HAB100%。The antibiotic resistance of Listeria monocytogenes to these21antibiotics are as follows:GEN9.09%、NEO49.35%、AMK20.78%、TCY19.48%、CHL7.79%、POL3.9%、 VAN0%、KAN25.79%、STX20.78%、STR40.26%、SPT28.57%、CZO67.53%、 CZX59.74%、AMX100%、CIP25.97%、PEN100%、AMP100%、AZM98.7%、 ENX19.48%、OFX20.78%、HAB66.23%。Susceptibility test results showed that the sensitivity of peptide, cephalosporins and quinolones antibiotics for Salmonella is high. And Salmonella have different degrees of resistance to penicillins, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides. The different sources Salmonella have presence of multi-drug resistant. All of the Staphylococcus aureus isolates are fully sensitive to vancomycin, but about penicillins, macrolides and azithromycin are completely resistant. And therr some drug=resistant strains to aminoglycosides, quinolones and sulfa. There is little difference of resistance to Listeria monocytogenes. And the resistance rate is particularly high about penicillins, tetracyclines, chloramphenicol. Because the number of Campylobacter is too few, I did not do drug susceptibility testing.
