The purpose of this study was to study the effect of different crude protein levels of diets on the performance, egg quality, blood biochemical parameters, reproductive performance, and offspring of broiler chickens, and to establish a factorial model for determining the crude protein requirements of the hens. The optimal protein requirement for reed hens was studied, and further studies were conducted to investigate the effects of different protein concentrations on egg quality, blood biochemical parameters, reproductive performance, and offspring. This provided theoretical and practical support for the establishment of standards for feeding hens in the area.Test 1 to study the effect of different crude protein levels in diets on the performance, egg quality and blood parameters of reed hens.Thirty-six week-old larvae of reed hens that were basically the same size were used as experimental animals and were randomly divided into 5 treatments. Each treatment had 6 replicates and 12 chickens were repeated.A single-factor complete randomized trial design was used to establish five protein level gradients numbered A,B,C,D,and E,which were 13%,14%,15%,16%,and 17%,respectively.Other major nutrient levels were maintained.Consistent.The test is divided into two parts, the pre-test period and the test period,in which the pre-test period is 3 days and the test period is 28 days. The test results show that:Dietary crude protein levels significantly affected the average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain, egg production, and egg production rate of 32-36 week old reed hens?P<0.05?,significantly affecting daily protein intake. And average daily gain?P<0.01?.The daily crude protein intake increased significantly with the increase of dietary crude protein levels.Feed intake increased significantly with increasing dietary crude protein levels, reached a maximum level of 16%crude protein, and crude protein levels reached at17%,feed intake decreased. The average body weight and metabolic body weight increased with the increase of dietary crude protein levels, reached a maximum at 16%,and then decreased, with significant differences between the 16%group and the 13%group.Average daily gain has the same pattern of change as feed intake. The number of eggs laid, the egg production rate and the average daily egg weight increased with the increase of the crude protein level, and reached a certain level but decreased, reached the highest level at the crude protein level of 16%,and the highest crude protein level was not obtained. The highest egg production, egg production rate and daily egg weight. The different crude protein levels of the diet significantly affected the egg weight and yolk color of 32-36 week-old reed hens eggs?P<0.05?.In the lowest 13%crude protein group, the egg weight was significantly lower than in the other groups.Eggshell hardness and shell thickness increased with the increase of crude protein levels, but decreased after reaching a certain level. The yolk color reached its maximum at the 13%level.Eggshell color increased with the increase of dietary crude protein levels, reaching a maximum at16%and decreasing at 17%.Diets with different levels of crude protein significantly affected serum uric acid levels in 32-36-week old reed hens?P<0.01?,and increased with the increase of crude protein levels, and the serum total protein, albumin,Globulin, urea and albumin/globulin specific gravity had no significant effect?P>0.05?.Test 2 to study the effects of different crude protein levels on hen reproductive performance and offspring. On the 22nd and 23rd day of the experiment, all the tested hens were subjected to artificial insemination, and all the eggs were collected on the 25th to 27th days, and the hatching was performed on a repeated basis. The incubation period is 21 days.During the period, statistics were made on the number of repeated fertilized eggs and the number of hatchings. After hatching the chickens, two replicates were selected to determine blood and organ indexes. The other chicks were reared on a repeated basis. The feeding period was 14 days. The average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain, and feed/meat ratio were calculated. The results showed that:The different crude protein levels of the diet had no significant effect on the total egg production and reproductive performance of 32-36 week old hens?P>0.05?.The highest values in egg production, number of hatches, fertilization rate and hatching rate were found around the 13%crude protein levelThe different crude protein levels of the diet had no significant effect on the newborn birth weight, the performance of the two weeks after birth, the proportion of the heart, the proportion of the liver, and the proportion of the intestine?P>0.05?.The effects of different crude protein levels on the performance, egg quality, serum biochemical indexes, reproductive performance and the broodstock of aloe broilers were investigated. The factorial model of albino protein was established.Suitable protein requirements.ADCPI=0.02ADG+0.22ADEM+4.2BW0.75ADCPI=0.01ADG+0.23ADQEM+4.38BW0.75Appropriate dietary crude protein water that meets the best production performance of32-36 weeks of Aloe barb chicken 15.55%.The optimal diet of crude albumen that meets the best reproductive performance of 32-36 weeks old aloe was
