Baoqing County lies in the hinterland of the Sanjiang plain, there are5wetland nature reserve and rich wetland resources in Baoqing County, Baoqing county is also state-level ecological demonstration area. but with the impact of human interference, Baoqing wetland has already been destroyed severely, the ecological security began to be destroyed. This article extracted wetland informations of Baoqing county and analyzed the wetland landscape Pattern change by the support of landscape ecology theory using four period multisource remote sensing data including TM of1989, ETM of1990, TM of2006, SPOT of2010,analyzed the driving force of nature and human being. On this basis, the author selected he PSR model and used the relative comprehensive evaluation method, the condition of study area wetland ecological health is analyzed. the conclusion that the following results:(1) the area of natural wetlands,forestland and grassland was largely lost, and the area of artificial wetland such as paddy land and man-made reservoir was increased a great much. The area of other landscapes was also increased, and the landscape fragmentations of study area were the trend of increased during the last21years.(2) the natural driving force is lack of water caused weather and hydrological conditions. The artificial driving force is agricultural development etc.(3)From1989to1999(CEI)0.7458,from2006to2010(CEI)0.7980, showing that was in good health, reasonable structure, pattern of ecological system is complete, the vigor of the system is stronger, the outside is lesser, no ecological abnormality, ecosystem function is more perfect, the system is still stable, sustainable, wetland health began to take a turn for the better.(4) Finally, according to the1989to2010wetland ecosystem evaluation result, headwater area of Baoqing county wetland protection.
