Analysis And Suggestions On The Evaluation Of Development Of Eco-agriculture In Baoqing County

Eco-agriculture is a modern agriculture that takes into account economic,social and ecological benefits.Eco-agriculture is the inevitable trend of agricultural development in China.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in China.Baoqing County,as a provincial eco-county and agricultural county,has attached great importance to agricultural eco-environmental problems and achieved some results through long-term efforts,but the agricultural eco-environmental problems are still more prominent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of ecological agriculture in Baoqing County.Through the methods of literature research,investigation research and comparative analysis,this study studied and analyzed the development of eco-agriculture in Baoqing County.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the relevant factors restricting the development of eco-agriculture in Baoqing County,the sustainable development of eco-agriculture in Baoqing County was put forward.Countermeasures.Compared with the standards of eco-agricultural counties,the better indicators of eco-agricultural construction in Baoqing County are: the steady growth of per capita income in rural areas;the use and protection of land resources according to law,the basic stability of cultivated land area,the improvement of farmland shelter forest system,and the basic production of agricultural products to achieve pollution-free,green and organic standards.The indicators of gaps in eco-agriculture construction in Baoqing County are: the comprehensive utilization rate of crop straw is 77.6%,the popularization rate of clean energy is 85%,the control rate of soil erosion is 86%,and the comprehensive utilization rate of livestock and poultry wastes is 85%,which are lower than the index value.Through the analysis of the current situation of eco-agriculture development in Baoqing County,it is shown that the scale of industrial base and characteristic industry is developing rapidly,the development of eco-agriculture industry is rapid,and the market competitiveness is strengthened through brand building.By analyzing the current situation of eco-agriculture in Baoqing County,the main problems are found out as follows: low level of agricultural industry structure,weak protection of forest and grass resources,inadequate development and utilization of renewable energy in rural areas,declining agricultural ecological environment,imperfect policies,inadequate organization and construction,and strengthened promotion.According to the existing problems of eco-agriculture in Baoqing County,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of eco-agriculture are put forward: adjusting the structure of agricultural industry to improve the quality of development;prohibiting deforestation and maintaining species diversity;improving the development and utilization of renewable energy resources to achieve three-dimensional circular agriculture;and preventing and controlling pollution of agricultural chemicals.As well as the utilization of agricultural waste resources to improve the quality of agricultural ecological environment;strengthen leadership in policy,often unremitting;pay attention to attracting investment in organizational construction;expand publicity efforts and capital investment,based on science and technology to strengthen agriculture and benefit farmers.
