Chrominum Methionine As Feed Additives In Growing-Finishing Pig Producttion Of Applied Technology Research

This experiment is mainly discuss the influence of the interactive among chromium Methionine, energy and chromium methionine on the growth performance, Serum biochemical indicators and carcass quality of finishing pigs by the following trails.Trail one:Discussing the effect of different levels of chromium methionine on the growing performance, feed apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indicators.The trail used the single factors designed and closed96DLY pigs which weight about40kg and separated them in4groups randomly which included1control group and3test groups.The test groups added200μg/kg、300μg/kg、400μg/kg(Counting by the content of chromium) of chromium methionine in the feed respectively and the results show to us that:(1) Growth performance:Feed added with200μg/kg Chromium methionine has the higher daily gain increase and the lower feed-weight ratio compared with control group.It is higher than the control group by12.37%(p<0.05) and lower than it by4.13%(p<0.05).(2) Feed digestibility:The difference of chromium methionine content has non-significant influence on feed digestibility.The test group with200μg/kg chromium methionine has higher true nutritive value of energy, crude protein and crude fat by2.28%、3.69%、7.44%compared with control group but none of them have significant influence (p>0.05).(3) Serum biochemical indicators:The groups with200μg/kg、300μg/kg and400μg/kg chromium methionine have higher total protein as3.73%(p>0.05)、8.62%(p<0.05)、3.89%(p>0.05) than the control group and the globins are also higher than the control; one by6.50%(p>0.05)、19.28%(p<0.05)、8.98%(p>0.05).While the blood sugar has a lower level and is16.7%(p>0.05)、35.51%(p<0.05)、32.11%(p>0.05)than the control one respectively. The levels of cholesterol and low density lipoprotein are tend to be decreased (p<0.05).In terms of serum immune indicators,the contents of IgG of the group with200μg/kg chromium methionine is higher than the control group by4.85%(p>0.05) than is tend to be declined (p>0.05).The results indicated that the suitable dose of the Chromium methionine added to the daily feed is200μg/kg for the growing performance of the pigs.Trail two:Researching the effect of different kinds of organic chromium on the growth performance, apparent digestibility of feed and Serum biochemical indicators of the pigs. This trail designed in the way of single factors,we closed96DLY pigs which weight about40kg and separated them in4groups randomly which included1control group and3test groups.The test groups add200μg/kg chromium picolinate,200μg/kg chromium yeast and200μg/kg chromium methionine respectively.The result had expounded several problems listed as followed.(1)In terms of the growth performance,daily gain of the group added chromium methionine has increased12.37%(p<0.05),feed-weight ratio has decreased4.13%(p<0.05) compared with control group.(2) On the feed digestibility,the influence on the feed digestibility of energy,crude protein, dry matter of Organic chromium group is non-significant.The crude fat in the Chromium methionine group is raised7.44%(p<0.05) and the Crude ash digestibility is increased9.08%(p<0.05) compared with control group.The differences between another groups are non-significant.(3)In terms of serum biochemical indicators, total serum protein and high density lipoprotein of the pyridine chromium group are higher than the control one by7.84%(p<0.05),18.75%(p<0.05) respectively. The blood sugar, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the chromium methionine group have decreased16.7%(p>0.05)、11.38%(p<0.05)、18.56%(p<0.05) respectively.The three kinds of organic chromium have no influences on the other immune and hormone indicators in serum.And we can draw the conclusion that the feed of the group that added with200μg/kg Chromium methionine have the best general effect on the finishing pigs.Trail three:Studying the influence of different level energy,chromium and selenium on the growing performance,Serum biochemical indicators,meat quality trait and chromium deposition in the tissue of the pigs.The test designed in2X3factors,picked108finishing DLY pigs which weight about82kg. Separated them in6group randomly and setted two energy level as13.10MJ/kg and14.64MJ/kg.Each of these energy level has the additive of0μg/kg、200μg/kg chromium,200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium respectively.And the result listed as follow.(1)Production performance:The feed in take of the low energy group has increased by11.31%(p<0.01) compared with the higher and has a lower diarrhea rate which lower than that for140%(P<0.05).It is non-significant on the daily gain and feed-weight ratio compared with higher one (p>0.05).The daily gain of group with200μg/kg chromium additive is higher than the basic diet group by12.48%(p<0.05) and the one with200μg/kg chromium and100μg/kg selenium has higher by7.84%(p>0.05).Compared with the basic diet group,the group added with200μg/kg chromium has higher feed-weight ratio by10.06%(p<0.05) and the group with200μg/kg chromium and100μg/kg selenium has lower by5.56%(p>0.05).And the others have no significant influence. (2)Serum biochemical indicators:The higher energy group has higher level of blood sugar than the lower one by37.45%(p<0.05),the total protein,globulin and triglyceride are increased by6.92%,17.05%and25.86%(p<0.05) respectively,while the urea nitrogen is lower than that by19.90%(p<0.01).On the GSH-Px,the group with200μg/kg chromium added has a higher level by4.5%(p>0.05) than the basic diet group,and200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group is also higher by19%(p>0.05) than the basic one.(3)In terms of the carcass traits:Daily diet with200μg/kg chromium has bigger Loin Eye Area by26.65%(p<0.05) than the basic diet group.And the200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group is also bigger by17.91%(p<0.05) than that of basic one.Besides,the higher energy group has thicker back fat by9.91%(p<0.05) than the lower energy group.(4)Meat quality trait:The color of the meat of the lower energy group is deeper than the higher one by5.86%(p<0.05)and the Marble vein is higher than that by15.54%(p<0.05),the intramuscular fat is also increased by15.16%(p<0.05).Feed with200μg/kg chromium has higher PH1by2.68%(p<0.05) than the basic diet,and the200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group is higher by3.94%(p<0.05).Feed with200μg/kg chromium has higher PH24by4.81%(p<0.05) and200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group is higher by5.56%(p<0.05).Feed with200μg/kg chromium has better effect on the Marble vein by43.04%(p<0.01) and200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group is13.04%(p<0.05)than the basic one.Also,the intramuscular fat of the200μg/kg chromium and the200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group are higher by46.49%and22.51%(p<0.05) respectively than the basic diet.(5)The chromium deposition in the tissue:Group with200μg/kg chromium added depose more chromium in the heart by20.71%(p>0.05) than the basic diet,and the200μg/kg chromium plus100μg/kg selenium group goes by34.75%(p<0.05)Above all we can draw the conclusion that under the energy level of13.10MJ/kg,feed added with13.10MJ/kg chromium methionine can effectively improved the growing performance and the meat quality.
