The effects of cysteamine and chromium yeast on performance, carcass quality and serum parameters were studied in growing-finishing pigs and Liangfeng broilers by following experiments.Experiment 1: Effect of the diet added CS and chromium yeast respectively or simultaneously on performance, carcass quality and serum parameters were studied in growing-finishing pigs. 96 crossed growing pigs(DLY) averaging 25kg in initial body weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups(24 pigs per group with equal number of males and females) with six replicates in each group, each replicate including 4 pigs, in a 2×2 factorial design. These pigs were fed to basal diet(group CT), basal diet added chromium yeast(group Cr), basal diet added cysteamine (group CS) and basal diet added cysteamine and chromium yeast (group CS*Cr) respectively for 90 days. During growing and finishing periods, the diets was added CS 120mg/kg and 170mg/kg respectively; Cr 200ug/kg and 300ug/kg, respectively. The results of experiment were as follow:(1)The diet of adding CS or /and Cr had no significant influence on ADG(P>0.05), and tend to increase ADG and decrease F/G in the growing and finishing pigs; In the whole periods of experiment, ADG had a trend of increasing and F/G decreasing, and existed group Cr*CS> group CS>group Cr>group CT in ADG; group CS excelled group Cr or group CS*Cr in F/G (2)The groups of adding CS or /and Cr had no significant difference in serum BUN, TP, ALB, Glo, A/G, AST, ALT, LDH and AST/ALT(P>0.05). (3)The groups of adding CS had a trend of falling of TC in a certain extent, and had a...
