The Test About Peak Foest Of Eucalyptus Inoculated Azotobacter Fertilization

The azotobacter is one kind of bacteria that can fix the free of nitrogen in atmospheric, which is converted that to be ammonia or other nitrogenous compounds,which can be absorbed and used in directly or indirectly by the plants. In this study main used the way of dipping to make the diazotrophs seeded on eucalyptus,and used randomized block design with single factor to observe the seedlings growth and afforestation in this experiment, And then to investigate determination in a certain period of time,at last to explore the relationship between basal fertilizer and productivity.At last to reach discussing the relationship among Azotobacter,basal fertilizer and the productivity of eucalyptus. The test results showed that:The results of test in the seedling stage showed, urophylla GL9’s growth that fixing bacteria was better than unvaccinated azotobacter’s growth.They had significant differences.When urophylla GL9inoculated nitrogen-fixing combination strain of D7+4Y,seedling height was higher than unvaccinated Azotobacter growth3.74cm, increased of29.20%.Compared with the control,Ground diameter increase0.02cm, increased of11.30%; When vaccinated the nitrogenase combination strains D2+4Y,the seedling height of eucalyptus was higher4.53cm than unvaccinated the nitrogenase combination of strains of growth, and increased of35.40%. Compared with the control ground diameter increased of0.02cm, and increase of8.90%.After Eucalyptus afforestation, in the same of basal fertilizer,under the condition of that the basal fertilization were500grams per plant,it showed that vaccinating the nitrogenase combination of strains D7+4Y or not can be benefical for the growth of urophylla GL9, which mainly included the tree height and breast diameter, and with time by time, its role had become constantly strengthen and increased evident.Mainly in eucalyptus’tree high and breast diameter,the p-value of tree height was from0.259to0.070and then to0.008, the p-value of breast diameter was from0.320to0.029and then to0.003,then value was from a little differences to significant differences. The analysis of Eucalyptus forest stumpage individual volume and per unit area volume showed that, in the case of the same amount of basal fertilizer fertilization,the timber stumpage individual volume and per unit area accumulation of eucalyptus inoculated with nitrogen-fixing combination strains were higher than unvaccinated nitrogenase combination of strainsThe eucalyptus forest stumpage individual volume.About eucalyptus afforestation, base manure played a role in a way on urophylla GL9’s tree height and diameter at breast height, from multiple comparisons it can be drawn that, when fertilization was different, there was significant difference between0grams per plant and500grams per plant fertilizer.For the tree height, the p-value of3months was0.01,the p-value of7months was0.001,the p-value of14months was0.032, the p-value of26months was0.002. About breast diameter,the p-value of7months was0.000, the p-value of14months was0.032. the p-value of26months was0.003.And it still showed that under conditions that urophylla GL9inoculated the nitrogenase combination strain different, the different basal amount of fertilizer made different effect produced on the growth of Eucalyptus. There were significant differences between eucalyptus trees stumpage individual volume,mennwhile there were also different in the volume per unit area.Which, when the basal fertilization was500grams per plant, timber stumpage individual volume and per unit area volume were the highest, followed repectively fertilization250grams per plant,100grams per plant, and without base manure. When without any base manure,eucalyptus trees standing tree volume was minimum,also volume per unit area.About Eucalyptus silviculture Economic Benefit Analysis, from the view of the net present value, the test reflected that the vaccination nitrogenase combination strains played a certain role in promoting the growth of eucalyptus, thus to improve the eucalyptus individual volume, so to reach to increase the volume of trees per unit area, and ultimately to achieved the purpose of improving economic efficiency. Meanwhile, the test also showed that, while basal fertilization was250grams per plant and inoculated nitrogenase, it can improve economic efficiency and reduce the cost of the combination,so the best way was that basal fertilization was250grams per plant and inoculated nitrogenase.
