This paper take Eucalyptus grandis×E. urpohylla for the cutting seedlings technical research in Guangxi dongmen forest farm, Through the researching on effect of productivity and quantity of cutting which caused by two different fertilizers, discuss the factors that influence the survival rate of cutting seedlings, such as different heights shear top on mother plants, nursery matrix formula, the kind and ratio of different plant rooting modulators, cutting season, different treatments of cuttings (seasonal and foliar fertilization) and other factor, solve the technical problem that the elevated sand bed cultivate the high-quality and high-yield spike and the survival rate of cutting seedlings. The main results as follows:1、Water-soluble fertilizer B with the best effect in high sand bed nursery which contains trace elements and less impurity, no filter, avoid drip irrigation system congestion, saving the cost of production.2、The optimum height range of mother plant top shear is from8-9cm in high tray sand bed nursery which has high quantity and good quality production spike, and the rate of rooting is highest, reach to98.3%.3、The survival rate of DH32-29is higher than DH32-26in the same time which tell us DH32-29is more easily to take root.4、The yellow soil seedling has better benefit than light matrix stock just from the point of breeding. while the weight of light matrix stock is one fourth less than the yellow soil; the light matrix stock has no white pollution, and short rejuvenation period after forestation. The most suitable time for light matrix of excellent clones cuttings of Eucalyptus grandis×E. urpohylla DH32-26and DH32-29is every November to next April, the survival rate is above98.0%. The matrix formulation that suitable for the cuttings of Eucalyptus grandis×E. urpohylla is coconut husk:peat soil=3:1, the survival rate of seedlings is above98.1%. 5、When GGR6concentration is600-800mg/ml, the DH32-26and DH32-29of the Eucalyptus grandisxE. urpohylla seedlings has the high survival rate and the root time within8-12days. When GGR6concentration is900-1100mg/ml, the high rooting rate of Eucalyptus grandisxE. urpohylla seedlings is above98%from December to February of next year; when GGR6concentration is500-700mg/ml, the high rooting rate of Eucalyptus grandisxE. urpohylla seedlings is above98.3%from March to April and from September to November; When GGR6concentration is500-700mg/ml, the high rooting rate of Eucalyptus grandisxE. urpohylla seedlings is above89.5%from May to June.6、It is differences for the rooting time of Eucalyptus grandisxE. urpohylla DH32-26seedlings in different season. The rooting time of cutting seedlings is between30-40days from December to February of next year, and the root time of seedlings is7-12days in other months. The paper suggested that the cuttings do not cut the top as well from December to May of next year, the rooting time of cutting seedlings, which cut the top in June, about four days fast than others.7、We recommended that spraying the foliar fertilizer (KOMIX) five days after screening cuttings, as it is a significant role in promoting the cutting seedling survival rate and the seedling height.
