High-speed rice transplanter is a high-yielding rice transplanting technology that is using efficient transplanter to replace manual planting.With the distinct advantages of cost saving,reducing time and effort,and stable yield,the application of high-speed rice transplanter improves the equipment level of rice planting material greatly.The hydraulic system has the advantages of light weight,compact structure,large power density,using the hydraulic system in high-speed rice transplanter not only simplifies the structure of the transplanter,but also improves the operation performance of transplanter.Aiming at the design requirements and usage features of the rice transplanter,study the static and dynamic characteristics of different transmission scheme to clear the change law of the load,pressure,speed,power of hydraulic drive system under different conditions which has theoretical and practical guiding significance for guiding the design calculation,parameters matching,control strategy design of the transmission system and hydraulic components,improving the transmission efficiency of the rice transplanter,improving the maneuverability and reducing product development costs.This article do the following researchs aiming at the design research of hydraulic system of high-speed rice transplanter:(1)Review the research and application status of rice transplanter and its hydraulic drive system,hydro-mechanical transmission scheme system at home and abroad,pointing out the research of hydraulic transmission design theory is very few for rice transplanter according to the design requirements and working characteristics of the rice transplanter so far.According to the problem need to be solved in product development,propose the transmission characteristics of hydro-mechanical transmission,the diverter characteristics of proportion diverter valve,the characteristics of lifting and horizontal adjustment of operating structure as the main research contents.(2)Expound the working principle and classification of hydro-mechanical transmission scheme system simply,emphasis is placed on analyze and study the rotational speed characteristics,torque characteristics,power characteristics and the constraint condition of main characteristic parameters of the two kinds of transmission scheme that engine output power decelerated into the planetary line from mechanical flow or hydraulic flow,build the simulation model on the AMESim platform to study the influence rule of different characteristic parameters on the output characteristics of different transmission scheme,give the basic principles of transmission scheme and characteristic parameters selection.(3)Analyze the advantages using proportion diverter valve in rice transplanter operating systems,build the dynamic model of proportion diverter valve,analyze the working principle and static characteristic of proportion diverter valve.Build the simulation model of proportion diverter valve based on the AMESim platform to study the influence rule of different oil flow and load pressure difference on the flow-dividing accuracy.Build the diverter characteristics experiment system of proportion diverter valve,the reliability of the simulation model isverified by the experiment.The results showed that increasing the inlet flow can improve flow-dividing accuracy in the valve rated flow range,the load change of the proportion diverter valve will affect the flow-dividing accuracy but in the Shunt error of allowable error.(4)Build the united simulation model of the hydraulic lift control system and level adjustment wavering system of operating structure.First of all,Build the entity model based on UG,and then import the entity model into the simulation software ADAMS to make the dynamics analysis,obtain the load change rule of the hydraulic cylinder for different transmission scheme,finally put the load into AMESim simulation model,study the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic transmission system of the posture adjustment of operating structure in the process.
