Rice is the main food crops in China, and rice farming is an intensive agriculture requires a lot of labor intensive and meticulous farming. For thousands of years, rice as an important food crops in China are mainly rely on artificial cultivation and harvesting, which is not only slow and low planting efficiency. In recent years the investment of rice transplanter mechanization is gradually increasing.The traditional high-speed rice transplanter is easy to damage seeding when seeding and floating or failed to insert into seeding when transplanting. For this phenomenon, the new design scheme of double eccentric oval gear planetary transplanting mechanism was presented in the paper. First, based on the research of the standard oval gear pitch curve and the standard spur gear involute, the parameters of the new double eccentric oval gear planetary system were analyzed theoretically.Through the MATLAB software programming, the construction of the new double eccentric oval gear planetary system was studied. Based on the standard oval gear pitch curve and the standard spur gear involute, and combined with numerical analysis method dichotomy, such as Simpson algorithm, constrained optimization method, and so on, the research idea of the new double eccentric oval gear was constructed.According to the new research ideas, the three-dimensional model of the double eccentric oval gear planetary system was established. Due to the new double eccentric oval gears transplanting mechanism simulation was needed. Therefore, the double eccentric oval gear planetary system was firstly to assemble, and the overall mechanism of the double eccentric oval gears transplanting mechanism was secondly to assemble, and the whole mechanism virtual assemble result of the new double eccentric oval gear mechanism was finally to give. Then using ADAMS software, the whole machine of the new double eccentric oval gear mechanism was simulated and analyzed. Analysis results show that on the one hand, due to the double eccentric oval gear has more design variables than traditional gear planetary system, structure optimization is more flexible, and the high speed operation stability is better; on the other hand, seedling needle trajectory and seedling box in the direction of near to 90 angle, so as to avoid the rice seeding damage when seeding and greatly improve the quality of seedling planting. According to the above analysis and the simulation results no longer strictly conform to the requirements of the triangle orthostatic, Then double eccentric oval gears transplanting mechanism was further optimized,reduced the damage to seedlings, optimized in planting seedlings erectness, and more to meet the agronomic requirements.Through the research of the new double eccentric oval gears transplanting mechanism, not only improved the overall stability of the rice transplanter at high speed operation, and based on in accordance with the agronomic requirements, greatly improved the quality of seedling planting. Provided a new research method for enterprises, can be mass production of new machines, improve the level of mechanization of rice process.
