According to the practical problems of poor ability of moisture and fertilizer retention and low utilization of water and fertilizer in desert sunlight greenhouse at the edge of Tengger Desert in Ningxia hui autonomous region, this paper has been systematically studied in sunlight greenhouse according to the orthogonal test and the contrast test. The main research results are summarized as follows:1, According to the practical problems of poor ability of moisture and fertilizer retention and low utilization of water and fertilizer, we have made an orthogonal experiment studied on anti-seepage measures, bottom matting content and irrigation quota in the conditions of drip irrigation under mulch and planting cucumber in desert sunlight greenhouse. Each of the three factors has three levels, and a total of nine test schemes. we analysis the experiment results using extremum difference analysis and single factor analysis method and draw a conclusion that optimum combination programme is plastic film+ventilation holes+10m3/667m2.2, According to the practical problems of poor ability of moisture and fertilizer retention and low utilization of water and fertilizer, we have made a contrast experiment studied on nine anti-seepage measures in the conditions of drip irrigation under mulch and planting cucumber in desert sunlight greenhouse. The conclusions are as follows:when the irrigation quota is10m3/667m2, the best three anti-seepage measures is plastic film+ventilation holes, geotextiles and bottom clay+side membrane based on the growth and yield.The research results of this paper solve the technology problems of desert sunlight greenhouse sand soil anti-seepage, soil improvement and water saving, further supplement the technology in this field. It provides theoretical and technical basis for sand soil in desert sunlight greenhouse. The research have important practical significance for the development of facility agriculture in Zhongwei city.
