In this study, Shi Yi Le calcium preparations (developed by Shan Xi Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center)、 CFA、 TMN-6(produced by the United States Dow Company) and these three pollution-free chemical flower thinning agents have conducted the thinning experiments on Fuji apple varieties, discussing its effect on fruit growth and quality formation. The test results are as follows:1.2011,2012for two consecutive years in the field test of Fuji Apple thinning, contrastively reseaching the thinning agents such as Shi Yi Le calcium preparations, CFA, TMN-6of different concentration of thinning effect, where the best effects are the thinning agents Shi Yi Yue calcium preparation100times liquid, CFA10g/L,0.50mg/L, TMN-6flower thinning.3kinds of flower thinning agent’s optimal concentration compared to the same flower thinning effect, the effect of the Shi Yi Yue calcium preparations100times liquid is the best. The third day and the fifth day after spraying time in apple fruit center flower are the best, not only retains the central flower, but thins lateral flowers and axillary flowers with higher rate.The effect of drug close to the requirements of artificial fruit thinning.2. Flower Thinners Shi Yi Le calcium preparations100times has no obvious effect on fruit growth, and the test results show no significant difference in its growth curve with the control. Soluble solids, acidity, hardness, average weight, also have no significant effects on fruit quality indicators. The nutritional analysis results show that spraying Shi Yi Le calcium preparation100times liquid has notable influence on the tree body iron, manganese and other elements.3.The observed fluorescence microscopy results show that, Shi Yi Le calcium preparations before pollination spraying, the stigma destruction, the stigma papillae dry-off, even if the pollen falling on the stigma will not germinate. Pollination after6h or24h spraying,Shi Yi Le can kill pollen tube after germination, stigma and the pollen falling on the stigma.
