This experiment selected five years Pinus bungeana Zuuc ex Endl seedlings as test materials to study that, in a growth period the content variations and distribution rules of five nutrient elements(N, P, K, Ca, Mg)and the correlation between elements in each organ of Pinus bungeana Zuuc ex Endl under different fertilization treatments conditions. The results showed that:(1) Under different fertilization treatments conditions, the element content variations of each treatment had roughly the same overall trend in each organ of Pinus bungeana Zuuc ex Endl, but element contents of each treatment were different in every month. Under controlled conditions, the seedlings absorbed Ca and Mg more; under the condition of nitrogen treatment, the seedlings absorbed N, P and K more; under the condition of nitrogen phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer treatment, the seedlings absorbed N more; and under the condition of multi element compound fertilizer treatment, the seedlings absorbed N, P, K and Mg more.(2) The same nutrient elements in different organs and different distribution of nutrient elements in the same organs have differences. For a same nutrient elements distribution in different organs, in addition to the content of K elements that was the highest in the root, the other elements’content in the leaves was the highest; In the branches, each element content in annual branches was higher than in the perennial branches; In the roots, the content of N in roots that diameter greater than or2mm was the higher than in roots diameter less than2mm.For different nutrient elements distributed in a same organ, the highest one of major elements and secondary elements in the leaves and rootswas N and the second one was K.(3)For Pinus bungeana Zuuc ex Endl, the elements that had the most significant interaction with others in the leaves were P, and then were K. And in the annual branches was Ca, and then was N. And in the perennial branches was Ca, and then were N and P. And in the roots that diameter less than2mm was K, and then was P. And in the roots that diameter greater than2mm was K, and then was P. Others hadn’t the significant interaction.
