This test selected the field Huping jujube as test materials, analyzing the effect of plant growth Substances on cellulose, hemicellulose, water-soluble pectin (WSP), covalently bound to pectin (CSP), ion binding fruitthe glue (ISP), content and pectin esterase (PME) and poly-galacturonic acid enzyme (PG) activity in jujube fruit growth and development. In order to explore the relationship between the metabolism of cell wall components of the jujube fruit and cracking. The results showed that:Dealing with6-BA on jujube trees three times in the rapid growth period, slow growth period and crisp ripe period. The results showed it can reduce the content of pectin of fruit peel, it can delay the emergence of the peak of the cellulose content in the slowly growing period and pre-ripe period of jujube fruit. It can increase the content of hemicellulose of fruit peel, and delay the emergence of the peak of hemicellulose content in crisp ripe period.Dealing with6-BA on jujube trees in the rapid growth period. The results showed it can reduce the content of pectin. It can increase the CSP content of the stalk in slow growth period. It can decrease PME activity in crisp ripe period. It can improve PG activity of the style from the rapid growth period to crisp ripe period. It can delay the emergence of the peak of the cellulose content of fruit peel in slow growth period, and delay the emergence of the peak in crisp ripe period.Dealing with6-BA on jujube trees in slow growth period. The results showed it can reduce the content of pectin. It can significantly reduce CSP content of the stalk and style in slow growth period. It can significantly increase ISP content of the stalk and style from slow growth period to the white ripening. It can increase PME activity of the stalk and the style in slow growth period. It can improve PG activity. It can reduce the content of fruit peel.Dealing with6-BA on jujube trees in crisp ripe period. The results showed it can significantly reduced pectin, cellulose and hemicellulose content of fruit peel in crisp ripe period, but does not affect the ripe stage.Dealing with KT on jujube trees in slow growth period. The results showed it can extend the duration of the peel in slow growth phase. It can significantly increase cellulose content of fruit peel before the white ripeningDealing with SA on jujube trees in slow growth period. The results showed it can decrease the pectin content of fruit peel in the crisp period.
