Carried out in 2019 at the test station of the College of Water Conservancy and Architectural Engineering,Tarim University,using 8-10 years of jujube as the material,respectively setting different concentrations of GA3+micro fertilizer,6-BA+micro fertilizer,PBO+micro fertilizer and GA3+6-BA+micro fertilizer The four experimental schemes were all carried out with clear water as the control,and foliar sprayed during the flowering period of jujube.Each test plan used a single factor multilevel completely random field trial design,4 treatments,3 repetitions,5 jujube trees per plot.Dynamic investigations were conducted to determine the indicators of flowering,flowering,fruit dropping and fruit quality,fruit morbidity of jujube in each treatment,as well as the carbon and nitrogen content and fruit hormone content of jujube organs,and to analyze the effects of plant growth regulators on flowering and fruit quality of Junzao.Effects,to explore the mechanism of Junzao flowering fruit set and fruit quality formation,and to select the appropriate hormone type and concentration,the results are as follows:?1?GA3+micro-fertilizer treatments with different concentrations reduced the flowering amount of jujube,had no significant effect on fruit quantity and fruit shape index,sugar-acid ratio and VC content were significantly higher than the control,and soluble protein content was reduced.The yield of jujube treated with 20mg/LGA3+micro-fertilizer was significantly 1.25 times higher than the control.The carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of jujube flower and jujube hanging did not change significantly.The carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of jujube leaves treated with 10mg/LGA3+micro-fertilizer was the highest,which was 60.50%higher than that of the control.The GA3 content of the jujube fruit in each treatment was significantly higher than that of the control,and there was no significant difference in ABA content.The ratio of ABA/?GA3+IAA?was significantly lower than that of the control.The disease rate,deformed fruit rate and cracking rate of jujube treated with 10mg/LGA3+microfertilizer were reduced by 82.40%,42.46%and 63.62%respectively,reaching extremely significant levels.?2?Different concentrations of 6-BA+micro-fertilizer treatment reduced the flowering amount of jujube,and the total fruit setting and fruit retention rate of 50mg/L6-BA+micro-fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than the control.The fruit shape index of the jujube fruit in each treatment was higher than that in the control.The sugar-acid ratio and VC content were significantly higher than that in the control.As the concentration increased,the C/N ratio in the flowers gradually decreased and was significantly lower than the control,and the C/N ratio in the jujube hanging gradually increased,both higher than the control.The GA3 content of the jujube fruit in each treatment was significantly higher than that of the control,and there was no significant difference in ABA content.The ratio of ABA/?GA3+IAA?was significantly lower than that of the control.The disease resistance under natural conditions is higher than that of the control,and the resistance to black spot disease is poor.?3?Treatment with different concentrations of PBO+micro-fertilizer has a certain inhibitory effect on jujube flowering and fruit setting,to a certain extent,it shortens the longitudinal and lateral diameters of jujube,and has no effect on fruit shape index.Both sugar-acid ratio and VC content Significantly higher than the control,the soluble protein content has decreased.The carbon and nitrogen in jujube flowers and jujubes have some influence,but have no effect on the carbon to nitrogen ratio in jujube leaves.The IAA content in jujube fruit treated with 2500mg/LPBO+micro-fertilizer was significantly increased by 47.78%compared with the control,and the ABA/?GA3+IAA?ratio in Junzao fruit treated with5000mg/LPBO+micro-fertilizer was significantly reduced by 40.98%compared with the control.The natural disease resistance of the jujube fruit in each treatment was significantly higher than that of the control,and the resistance to infection demonstrated in the third week was not different from that of the control.?4?The horizontal diameter of jujube fruit treated with GA3+6-BA+and different micro-fertilizers was significantly lower than that of the control,the fruit shape index did not change,and the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio in jujube flower and jujube hanging was not significantly different from the control.GA3+6-BA+zinc sulfate+boric acid+potassium fertilizer treated jujube flowering volume increased significantly compared with the control,fruit drop rate decreased,fruit set was significantly higher than the control,yield increased9.75 times than the original,sugar-acid ratio and soluble protein were significantly higher For the control,the soluble sugar and titratable acid content were significantly lower than the control.GA3+6-BA+zinc sulfate+boric acid and GA3+6-BA+boric acid treated Junzao ABA/?GA3+IAA?ratio were significantly lower than the control.GA3+6-BA+potassium fertilizer and GA3+6-BA+boric acid+zinc sulfate treated jujube had no significant difference in infection resistance compared with the control.
