| The objective of this paper was to study the regulations of plant growth regulators on’New Manicure Finger’grapevine (Beni Pizzutello) of physiological changes in the grapevine delay maturity process, related to analysis of the impact of its growth and development; also studied ABA treatment on Benibalade, Summer Black, Houman grapevine coloring and the regulations of growth and development; also studied GA3and other treatments on seedless of ’New Manicure Finger’ grapevine (Beni Pizzutello) and fruit quality in the fruit growth and development.The results were as follows:1.Experiment was conducted with’New Manicure Finger’grapevine, in the mid fruit development (July18) with four different treatments5mg/LCPPU,25mg/L GA3+5mg/LCPPU,100mg/LNAA and25mg/LGA3dipping ear. Different treatments on grape berry weight, hardness, soluble solid content and sugar acid, were studied. The results showed that different levels of each treatment can delay fruit ripening, have some differences with the control.109days after fruit treatment fruit weight, soluble solids and soluble sugar content were significantly less than control, while the hardness and titratable acid content more than control.25mg/LGA3+5mg/LCPPU is the delayed effect of the best,109days after fruit treatment soluble solids content, soluble sugar content and titratable acid content of control is66.76%,59.05%and173.50%, and in the latter berry weight, solids and sugar content have risen fast, close to the control.2.Experiment was conducted with’New Manicure Finger’ grapevine, in the middle of fruit development (August1) were50mg/LGA3added with1,3,5mg/LTDZ treatments,50mg/LGA3and water treatment as the control.Studied TDZ on the delayed effects and fruit quality of’New Manicure Finger’grapevine. The results showed that:TDZ treatment significantly increased the diameter of the fruit aspect, but has little effect on fruit shape index, fruit weight increased; also significantly reduced the soluble solids content and soluble sugar content, increased fruit acid content of grape, significantly had the effect of delay maturation, which50mg/LGA3+3mg/LTDZ most obvious effect of the treatment, soluble sugar content was88.63%and74.03%with50mg/LGA3and water treatment, and its titratable acid content was128.11%and165.09%with50mg/LGA3and water treatment.3.Experiment was conducted with Benibalade, used in the fruit coloring of150mg/Lã€200mg/L and300mg/L of the ABA, to study ABA treatment on fruit ripening coloring and related indicators. The results showed that:using the ABA treatment increased the anthocyanin content of fruit, grapes coloring in advance, while increasing the soluble solids content and fruit sugar content.200mg/LABA processing the grapes reach maturity period of15days in advance of the anthocyanin content with control, so grapes reach maturity period of12days in advance of the soluble solids content with control; Summer Black as materials, using different concentrations of ABA and the speed of red dipping ear and spray the tree leaves in berry coloring period, studied the effect to pericarp color of fruit ripening and fruit growth and development with two approaches treated with different concentrations of ABA and the speed of red dipping ear and spray leaves. The results showed that:ABA and the speed of red speed up the processing of pericarp coloring significantly, improve the anthocyanin content in pericarp, which200mg/LABA and300mg/LABA dipped berry treatments were9days and6days in advance when the fruits reach maturity anthocyanin content, while200mg/L ABA spraying leaves were6days in advance when the fruits reach maturity anthocyanin content, while all treatments increased the soluble sugar content in fruit, except100mg/LABA and300mg/L ABA spraying leaves all treatments decreased the titratable acid content in fruit; experiment was conducted with Houman, the coloring of the fruit with different concentrations of ABA were sprayed on the leaves of trees, in the later berry development samples, studied the effects of ABA on fruit pericarp color and fruit weight, anthocyanin and other related indicators. The results showed that:the effect of spraying leaves with ABA on berry weight was not significant, accelerated accumulation of anthocyanin in the peel, the sugar content of fruit increased, promoted the fruits mature and coloring.4.Experiment was conducted with’New Manicure Finger’grapevine. With a week before flowering and three days before flowering, respectively5mg/LGA3and12.5mg/LGA3processing spikes, with flowers flowering25mg/LGA3and two weeks after flowering with25mg/LGA3+5mg/LCPPU treatment,studied the seedless and growth and development of grape with GA3. The results showed that:using different GA3treatments increased seedless rate of fruit, the best were three days before flowering with12.5mg/LGA3, the highest rate of90.33%; use different Gibberellin also increased berry weight, reduced fruit soluble solids, titratable acid and sugar content. |
