Economic forest for soil and water conservation is an important vegetationmeasure,which can conserve water and soil to improve the ecological environment andbring up economic benefit to achieve sustainable development of social economy andecological environment.The thesis focuses on Economic Forest of typical watershed inZone Ⅲ of Gullied Rolling Loess Area,adopting methods of data collection and fieldsurveys,theoretical analysis and field examination,analyzing the species resources,biological and ecological features of economic forest for soil and water conservation,and ecological suitability of economic trees,the benefits of water and soil conservation、social、economic、ecological,change features of land use structure and industrialstructure,main conclusions achieved are presented as follows:1The study on the species resources of economic forest for soil and waterconservation show that,the major economic trees are Malus.pumila Mill,Vitis viniferaL,Pyrus L,Amygdalus persica L.,Juglans regia L, Zanthoxylum bungeanum,including31varieties、6species.2Studying on the ecological suitability of economic forest for soil and waterconservation in Zhongshan watershed and Huaniu area,the results showed that,Malus.pumila Mill niche-fitness index is0.57,Vitis vinifera L niche-fitness index is0.52,fit for them growth.3Change features of land use structure and economic structure:(1)Zhongshanwatershed,the proportion of land use structure for agriculture, forestry, stock raisingand other lands is adjusted from48%:37%:3%:12%to44%:43%:3%:10%;proportion of economy structure for agriculture, forestry, stock raising and otherindustries is adjusted from40.01%:30.00%:22.05%:7.93%to30.89%:53.86%:14.08%:1.18%;(2)Huaniu area,the proportion of land use structure for farmland,garden plot,Woodland and other lands is adjusted from62.44%:26.76%:10.28%:0.52%to38.54%:44.77%:16.27%:0.42%;proportion of agriculture, forestry, stockraising and other industries is adjusted from39.95%:8.13%:5.99:45.94%to30.10%:1.07%:5.60%:63.23%; 4、Studying on the benefits of water and soil conservation,social,economic andecological of economic forest of typical watershed in Zone Ⅲ of Gullied Rolling LoessArea,the results showed that:(1)Zhongshan watershed,annual total water storage and soil conservation of soilconservancy measures is17920.05m3and6304.14t,annual water storage and soilconservation of economic forest is3495.80m3and1198.56t,which percentage of annualtotal water storage and total soil conservation is19.51%and19.01%;the economicbenefit cost ratio,net benefit,annual net benefits,payback period for investment andecological benefit value of Vitis vinifera L are2.358,132.9206millons,4.4307millonsand22years,1.35146millons.(2)Huaniu area,annual total water storage and soil conservation of soilconservancy measures is24802.10m3and8256.72t,annual water storage and soilconservation of economic forest is17451.00m3and5983.2t,which percentage of annualtotal water storage and total soil conservation is70.36%and72.46%;the economicbenefit cost ratio,net benefit,annual net benefits,payback period for investment andecological benefit value of Malus.pumila Mill are2.641,833.3491millons,27.7783millons and18years,6.7471millons.
