This experiment was conducted to analyzes the main factors of superovulationand embryo transplantation by comparing the effects of superovulation and embryotransplantation in the agriculture pastoral areas of hubei province and the pasturingarea of Inner Mongolia, Result show that:1. There was significant differences betweenthe pluriparous and heifers as donors for the superovulation reaction (P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the domestic FSH and imported FSHgroups(P>0.05), however, considering the price of domestic FSH was much lower thanimported FSH, so the better choice is domestic FSH.3. In pasture area, the result ofsuperovulation in summer was better than spring (P<0.05), so the better choose ofsuperovulation optimal period was summer. And, in agriculture area, there was nosignificant difference between the spring with autumn for the superovulation results(P>0.05),so the optimal superovulation period was autumn and spring.4. There was nosignificant difference between the scheme with and without CIDR for thesuperovulation results (P>0.05), however, considering the treatment time was shorterwith CIDR than without CIDR, so the better choice is the scheme without CIDR.5.There was significant difference between the body condition of medium and abovewith body condition inferior at the average recovery embryo number and usableembryo number(P<0.05).6. Embryos age has been an effec on pregnancy ratet, therewas no significant difference between the morula with early blastocyst and blastocyst(P>0.05).7. For the morula embryo transfer time receptor estrus than donor estrusearly at12h or estrus synchronization better, for the early blastocyst transfer timereceptor estrus than the donor early at12h and24h or estrus synchronizationpregnancy rate better, for the blastocyst transfer time receptors estrus than the donorearly12h and24h or the estrus synchronization better.8. There was significantdifference between pluriparous and heifers as receptor (P>0.05),the result ofpregnancy rate in heifers better than pluriparous.9. The not feeding grazing cattle transplant pregnancy rate was significantly lower than feeding cattle grazing(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between of feeding grazing cattle embryotransfer with stabling cattle(P>0.05).10. The effect of transplantation of fresh embryosis better than the frozen embryo.
