80%of China’s population lives in rural areas, the mainly fuel of rural life is coal, straw, etc. with the development of rural area economy and the improvement of farmers’ living, farmers to change the traditional way of energy utilization, using high quality fuel demand is increasingly urgent. Rural urbanization is the trend of modernization construction in our country, in the process of urbanization, urban construction development level is closely related to the energy supply conditions, the town of high-quality energy supply problem is becoming more and more attention. Therefore, the research of the large and medium-sized methane gas centralized supply system in villages and towns, will become an important topic in the field of biogas development.Firstly, this paper analyzes the temperature on the impact of methane gas production rate. By contrast and analysis the variety of raising temperature and heat preservation technology measures, to determine the appropriate temperature and heat preservation method in the north. Through heat balance calculation and the concrete analysis of biogas digester, to determine the biogas digester warming equipment load and heat preservation effect. Then use the fluent software to simulate the temperature field distribution of the biogas digester and the surrounding soil, analysis the biogas digester’s temperature distribution and the heat loss in the most adverse temperature in winter. Obtained suitable thermal insulation material and insulation thickness, and the biogas digester’s heat consumption. Then analyzed the unbalance between producing gas and using gas. By calculating and economic comparing, could get the appropriate form of biogas storage and reservoir volume. in order to achieve the balance of the rural biogas usage and reduce investment and operating cost, analyses the measures and technical methods of producing biogas, and to make the gas production rate changes with gas consumption. Finally, choose the representative of the population of rural areas, analysis and comparison the economic of the pipeline network system of these areas. Through analysis of hydraulic calculation to met the requirements of the different gas supply pressure, net form and the diameter size of the pipe network. Using static analysis method to establish network economic calculation of objective function, using the objective function to get the most economical solution of the different size of rural biogas pipeline network system by calculating.The analytical methods used and the conclusion got in this paper have a certain reference value on centralized biogas supply system planning design and construction in the northern region of rural.
