In recent years,livestock and poultry manure increase the environment pollution day by day alongwith the rapid growth of livestock and poultry industry. High temperature aerobic composting can makethe livestock and poultry manure reclamation, harmless, reduction. A scientific research was conducted tothe compost temperature, microbial number, humus and the changes of enzymatic activity under the cowdung vaccinated different microbial inoculums and different concentration treatment in Lanzhou.Conclusions are drawn as follows:1.During cow manure composting, microbial inoculums could make the stack rapid heating, andenhance the maximum temperature in the process of composting, prolong the duration of hightemperature,achieve the standard of harmless composting treatment. In the3kinds of microbial inoculumsselected, the effect of agent1and agent2was more obviously than the agent3on the duration of hightemperature of compost.2. During stage of temperature and high temperature of composting, inoculation of bacteria agent3tothe quantity of bacteria, bacteria agent2has an obvious effect actinomyces quantity changes.3. Because the life activities of microbes in compost pile body temperature rise rapidly, as a result,through the analysis of the correlation between temperature and the microbial populations that fungiamount of change with temperature are extremely significant negative correlation (P <0.01), while thenumber of bacteria and actinomycetes was associated with a significant temperature didn’t reach.4. Inoculant agent at the end of composting treatment of total humic acid content is significantlyhigher than not vaccinated controlled processing, and bacteria agent3total humic acid content isextremely significant difference compared with T8processing, namely bacteria agent3quantity is1kg/m~3, the compost total humic acid content increased significantly. Vaccination free humic acid contentof the three kinds of bacteria agent less vaccination was higher, and significant difference shows thatbacterium agent to join for free humic acid generation, three fungi inoculation quantity is0.5kg/m~3, freehumic acid content is highest. Inoculant agent at the end of composting water-soluble humic acid contentis also higher than that of control, but the inoculant agent2deal with the highest levels, and inoculationquantity is2kg/m~3. Above results show that the quantity is1kg/m~3bacteria agent3treatment caneffectively improve the composting total humic acid content, make compost product quality is higher thanother processing, it provides nutrients for plant growth in the late of the inoculation quantity is2kg/m~3ofagent2processing only provide more nutrients, at the early stage of the plant growth late on nutrient shortage situation will appear, so the quantity is1kg/m~3of inoculants3processes to improve thecomposting has the best effect of humus content.5. Enzymes for composting process and the quality is very big, the influence of by catalase, cellulase,urease, polyphenol oxidase and protease activity change research, the catalase and urease activity changesin basic same, generally are on the rise, namely the compost promoting enzyme activity increased withtime; Top of cellulase and protease activity in composting of the high temperature period; Polyphenoloxidase activity was as compost for falling.6. According to five kinds of enzyme activity and the composting temperature, microbial quantity,humus and the correlation analysis result of enzyme activity and catalase, urease activity and temperature,microbial quantity, total humic acid, humic acid free and achieves very significant negative correlationbetween polyphenol oxidase relationship (P <0.01), between the two is a very significant positivecorrelation, the correlation coefficient of r=0.369; Polyphenol oxidase is between the microbial quantity,total humic acid and humic acid free and has a very significant positive correlation (P <0.01), therefore,in the high temperature composting period before the end, the higher activity of polyphenol oxidase isadvantageous to the compost product quality, and after high temperature period, increased the activity ofcatalase and urease is beneficial to the nitrogen transformation process and compost were, therefore,inoculant agent3to composting rotten process and product quality.7.Took composting temperature, microbial number, humus and enzyme activity research results intoconsideration, the treatment of microbial inoculums3at the concentration of1kg/m~3was the most suitablemethod to Lanzhou local composting application.
