The tonsil which is the primary structure constitutes the first line of defense in thebody’s immune located in the intersection of the respiratory tract and digestive tract. Itnot only has the local immune function, but also has the close relationship withsystemic lymph organs. At present, there are many reports at home and abroad aboutthe tonsil, more and more study objects are familiar animals, for example, the pig andchicken belong to the livestock and poultry, the cattle and sheep belong to the cudchewer and so on. However, the tonsil of bactrian camel was research rarely. Scienceresearcher did a lot of related researches to bactrian camel who lived in the northwestdesert zone long-term, in order to find out what is the reason they can adapt the harshliving environment, the research group did a lot of relevant jobs to study the mucosallymphoid system, researched and described the anatomical and histological of thetonsil in bactrian camel and found many special feature. On this basis, in order tofurther explore the structure and function, this essay took a la shan YouQi bactriancamel as the research object, utilized the histology and immunohistochemistrycombined the titer anti-bactrian camel sIgA and IgG antibody were manufactured inthis research group. A large number of experiments were done to observe and researchthe effector cells IgG and IgA secretory cells in different age bactrian camel palatinetonsil, pharyngeal tonsils and lingual tonsil. The result displayed that the location of IgG and IgA secretory cells were verysimilar in different age palatine tonsils, but they had different densities. Specificperformance were in the induce part, the IgA and IgG secretory cells distributedbetween the follicle were less and less in the different age palatine tonsils, positive ismore and more weak; there were no obvious distributional differences in the domearea; they were not found in the lymphoid follicles area. In the mucosal immune effectpart in palatine tonsil, the surface stratified squamous epithelium were not found theIgA and IgG secretory cells, but in the crypt epithelial in youth palatine tonsil foundthe IgA and IgG secretory cells, they distributed sporadically, the IgG secretory cellswere more than the IgA secretory cells in number and had stronger positive. They were abundant and focus existed in the reticular epithelial inside the crypt epithelial,as they grew older, the number of this two secretory cells was less and less, thepositive was becoming more and more weak; in the connective tissue under thestratified squamous epithelium and lymphoid tissue in the lamina propria, theydistributed dispersedly, distributed less and less as the growth of the age.In the pharyngeal tonsils, the distributions of the secretory cells were similar withpalatine tonsil but there were some differences in the mucosal immune effect part. They were distributed around the gland in the lamina propria, they were less, but hadstrong positive. The IgA and IgG secretory cells in the lingual tonsil were seldom, hadthe similar distribution with the pharyngeal tonsils, the positive was weak. Thesecretory cells were not found in the lymphoid follicle. All in all, in the tonsil effectparts had abundant IgA and IgG secretory cells, make the tonsils can better play to therole of the mucous membrane of the local and systemic immune responses.
