Jujube for drip irrigation mode, studies different irrigation cycle the change ofphotosynthetic physiological indexes and soil moisture. This experiment in Aksu region Wensu county jiamu thoroughbred test stationof the academy of agricultural sciences in Xinjiang. Middle-aged jujube and adultjujube is the experimental object. Using Li-6400photosynthetic apparatus (Li-6400portable photosynthesis system), EM50soil temperature hygrometer, HOBOsmall-sized automatic weather station observed jujube photosynthesis relatedindicators, sample trees around the root system to soil water content, andmeteorological indexes respectively. The results show:(1)Chinese jujube between the photosynthetic physiological indexes andphotosynthetic active radiation, has the extremely significant correlation(p<0.01).When photosynthetic effective radiation causes is given priority to, correlationbetween the photosynthetic physiological indicators is significant.(2)Daily variation of the net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency curveis a bimodal curve of jujube, photosynthetic rate peak appeared in Beijing time11am, the peak of water use efficiency appeared in Beijing time11:00and17:00; dailyvariation of transpiration rate curve is a unimodal curve of jujube, the peak appearedin Beijing time between12:00to13:00.(3)Ability to using glare of adult jujube is stronger than ability to using glare ofmiddle-aged jujube. When photosynthetic effective radiation is the precondition ofstomatal conductance changes, stomatal conductance value is limited, at the sametime the size of the minimum value also is not zero. When leaf stomatal closure, stomatal conductance value still exists. Differences in stomatal conductance valuesize is the reason that result in the change of other photosynthetic physiologicalindexes.(4)In different irrigation period, soil water is influenced by factors such asmoisture infiltration and evaporation, so changes in soil moisture is reduced afterrising first, and jujube leaf net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate change with soilmoisture content is obvious direct proportion, jujube leaf stomatal conductance, jujube leaf stomatal conductance, intercellular co2concentration, water useefficiency is not significantly affected by soil moisture content change.(5)Under different irrigation cycle, the changes of intercellular CO2concentration and water use efficiency is relative concentration, or up and downaround a value fluctuations or within a certain range.
