This study through practical research combining with cultivation experiments, carries out thecomparative research on growth and economic of Zizyphus Jujube under different built garden modes andfertilization mode and applying micronutrients fertilization in Aksu region. The results are as follows:Firstly, tow orchard establishment patterns were studied. Compared with transplanting trees pattern, direct seeding pattern could reduce cost by17800yuan/hm~2. Direct seeding pattern may also improve thesurvival rate and growth of trees, and reducing orchard establishment time. Direct seeding is a pattern thatnot only reduced orchard establishment cost and the ratio of cost to production, but also fulfilled thepurpose of building an orchard with high quality, improved variety, and high efficiency. Considering thenatural and social conditions of Aksu region, direct seeding is recommended as the suitable orchardestablishment pattern.Secondly, different types of fertilizers affected the production and the quality of jujube significantly.Compared with traditional fertilizer, special fertilizer could improve jujube production by8.3%, whiletraditional fertilizer could improve jujube production by6.6%when comparing with average compoundfertilizer. Special fertilizer could not only improve the average weight of single jujube by1g, but alsoincrease quality index such as the contents of total acid, hydrolyzed reducing sugar, as well as vitamin C.Thirdly, the best amount of special fertilizer for jujube tree was recommended using regressionstatistic approach. For five-year old trees, the recommended amount was2.94kg per tree. After consideringthe economic benefit, the best economic production of jujube was7530kg/hm~2。.Fourthly, microelement fertilizer has no significant impact on the productions of varied species ofjujube. However, microelement fertilizer could shorten mature period of fruit, improve percentage of fertilefruit and the luster grade, as well as reducing fruit cracking rate.
