In this study, the Phyllostachys pubescens as experimental materials, on physiological andbiochemical characteristics of bamboo of exogenous zinc were studied. Using the method of field ofbamboo cavity injection in different period, different levels of zinc processing bamboo as the researchobject, antioxidant enzymes, IAA enzyme activity in leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens was determinedby UV spectrophotometry; at the same time by acetone extraction content of photosynthetic pigmentswere measured; and the zinc content of the bamboo organ determination by atomic absorptionspectrometry; also the biomass of bamboo shoots were statistical. The main results are as follows:1.Different time (October, December; September and October) the administration of exogenous ZnPhyllostachys pubescens leaves were able to improve the activity of SOD activity in October treatment>December treatment, September treatment> October treatment, but October, September zincfertilization leaves the enzyme activity was higher than in December, in October; SOD activity in50mLtreatment>100mL treatment>25mL treatment, SOD activity level to50mL for the best; plus zincphosphate treatment caused SOD activity reduce, rather than increase the zinc phosphate treatment topromote SOD activity increased.2.The administration of exogenous zinc fertilizer could improve Phyllostachys pubescens leaf PODactivity, activity in October treatment> December treatment, September treatment> October treatment, low levels of zinc processing25mL and100mL of high levels of zinc treatment made the PODactivity increased; plus zinc phosphate treatment on POD activity increased obvious, zinc phosphatetreatment without the POD activity was reduced.3.The administration of exogenous zinc IAAO activity of the control group was significantly higherthan the treatment groups, each treatment group activity with increased levels of zinc fertilization andincreased activity in October treatment> December treatment, Sept. treatment> October treatment;when zinc levels in the same conditions, plus phosphorus promote IAAO activity increased withoutadding phosphorus decreased activity caused by IAAO.4.In the early application of exogenous zinc first10d, treatment I, II, V chlorophyll b contentincreased with the application of zinc dose decreases; administered in September exogenous zinc late60d and90d of chlorophyll content increased in favor, Sept. administration of exogenous zinc wasmore conducive than October chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content increased. 5.Exogenous zinc promotes vegetative organs bamboo leaves, rhizome and root, bamboo shootsaccumulation of zinc content, zinc content of various organs with increased levels of zinc fertilizationand improved. Zinc content in different organs: shoots> whip roots> leaves, shoots in different parts ofzinc content was: shoots top> shoots middle> shoots base, zinc content in different seasons: springshoots> winter shoots.6.Under the application of exogenous zinc spring shoots and winter shoots production haveincreased. From fertilizing time, October and September zinc fertilization was more conducive toincrease the winter spring shoots yield; from the composition, bamboo shoots without phosphorusproduction was higher than the increased phosphorus.7.Under the effect of exogenous zinc increased number of hair shoots September50mL ofphosphorus without addressing the most help to improve the number of bamboo shoots; average weightof each treatment with increased levels of zinc fertilization increases, plus phosphorus, withoutphosphorus on the number of shoots greater impact.
