Zinc has been one of a necessary international microelement that support vital movement. Zinc deficiency will cause a series of sicknesses just like the immunologic function reduce and poor intelligence development. Zinc deficiency is common in countries that the people live on rice and grain, especially in the women, babies and students live in place that resource deficiency. Wheat grain is a primary global food crop and the zinc content in grain directly affect the health of the human who live on it. The soil of our national farm is badly zinc deficiency calcareous soil which is the greater cause for zinc deficiency in crop grain. Research showed that fertilizing zinc can increase the zinc content in soil, and the zinc accumulation in wheat can increase. Nitrogen and phosphorus are macroelement in agricultural production, and there are so many researches about nutritional interaction of P and Zn now. While the researches about nutritional interaction of N and Zn are fewer, especially about zinc absorption and accumulation in wheat. And the existing results are not unanimous. This field experiment was conducted to examine the effect of combination use of Zn and N fertilizers on zinc absorption and accumulation in wheat at every growth stages, and to add more theory about nutritional interaction of N and Zn and provide scientific basis for zinc application reasonably in wheat. The main results are as follows:(1) Zinc content in wheat sections was increased at all growth stages with soil zinc application or with soil N application, and the largest amount of zinc content was in the treatments of Zn and N fertilizers. It showed that there is synergistic effect between Zn and N. Excessiveive N fertilizers are harmful to the increasing of zinc content in wheat. It favours the zinc accumulation of wheaten root at regreening with zinc application or N application.(2) Zinc accumulation of wheat was increased obviously at all growth stags with soil zinc application while at regreening-jointing and filling with soil N application; Zinc accumulation of wheat was increased obviously at flowering when combination use of Zn and N fertilizers, and was increased obviously at maturity when combination use of Zn and high N fertilizers.(3) Combination use of Zn and N promote zinc accumulation in root and zinc transfer to overground part at jointing, promote the zinc move to steam and leaf and against from steam to spike at flowering, promote the zinc move to steam and leaf at filling and maturity, and promote the movement of zinc from steam to spike at filling and from spike to grain at maturity. But we should control the quantity of N application in suitable range as the excessive N has a bad effect on zinc movement to grain.(4) Compared with single nitrogen fertilizer, mixed application of nitrogen and zinc fertilizers can improve nitrogen in winter wheat at blossom period and pustulation period. Compared the single nitrogen fertilizer90、180,270kg·hm-2with the mixed zinc fertilizer15、30kg·hm-2,the latter can improve4.8%-14.4%,1.4kg/kg-9.8kg/kg,0.6kg/kg-6.4kg/kg in NRE, NUE and NAE, and8.6%,10.5%(N90),5.9%、14.6%(N180)'15.9%、5.3%(N270) in grain yield, and8.3%、9.8%(N90),11.4%、2.3%(N180)'6.9%、5.7%(N270) in grain protein. The grain yield are highest When mixed fertilizer of nitrogen180kg·hm-2and zinc30kg·hm-2,and high grain protein at mixed fertilizer of nitrogen180kg·hm-2and zinc15kg·hm-2. The results show that the mixed fertilizer of nitrogen and zinc could promote the nitrogen efficiency, increase wheat yield and improve the grain quality.
