At present,these views were confirmed by the large amount of research on zinc fertilizers.Such as zinc fertilizer application can improve crops quality,promote crops growth and biomass accumulation,and promote zinc enrichment.However,it's needed that further research on the mechanism of the role of zinc in the nitrogen metabolism of wheat.In order to explore the mechanism of the role of Zn in the nitrogen metabolism of wheat.Yangao 006 and Ping'an 8,two wheat cultivars were set up in these experiment which planted on large areas in Henan Province.A greenhouse experiment with 4 zinc levels(0,15,30,60 mg·L-1)were carried out,And a pot experiment with 4 zinc levels(0,10,20,40 mg·kg-1)were carried out.The major results can be concluded as follows:1.Under the condition of greenhouse experiment,the results showed that there were significant increases on root length,root volume,root tops and root forks with the appropriate zinc application of two wheat cultivars,and the Zn15 is higher than other treatments.Appropriate application of zinc significantly increased the nitrogen uptake of winter wheat seedlings,and the N absorption of both winter wheat varieties was the highest under Zn15 treatment.Compared with the control,the shoot nitrogen uptake increased 57.02%,and the root nitrogen uptake increased 51.92%.2.Under the pot experiment conditions,zinc fertilizer application can significantly increased winter wheat yield.Compared with the control,the yield of Yangao 006 increased 30.86%,24.48%,and 10.91% under the treatment of Zn10,Zn20,and Zn40,respectively.and Ping'an 8 increased 32.45% and 23.62% 13.22%.From the view of yield components,zinc fertilizer application can significantly affected the Ears and the thousand seed weight of winter wheat,but had no significant effect on the grain number per spike.Zinc fertilizer application significantly increased the accumulation of nitrogen and zinc at different parts of winter wheat.The accumulation of zinc in winter wheat grain reached the maximum under the Zn10 treatment of two winter wheat varieties.3.Regardless of experiment conditions,the appropriate zinc application could significantly increase the activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase in two winter wheat varieties,but there was no significant increase in asparagine synthetase activity under the pot experiment conditions.The activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase in the winter wheat flowering of two varieties reached the maximum under the Zn10 treatment.Zinc application counld significantly increase the content of glutamic acid,glutamine,aspartic acid and asparagine in the flag leaves of winter wheat at the filling stage.With the increase of zinc fertilizer application,the glutamic acid content in the flag leaves of the two winter wheat varieties showed a trend of increasing first and decreasing then,but the two varieties showed different performances.The glutamic acid content of Yangao 006 was the highest under the Zn10 treatment.On the other hand,Ping'an 8 had the highest glutamate content under Zn20 treatment.4.Zinc fertilizer application can significantly increase the grain protein content of winter wheat.Zinc fertilizer application significantly increased the grains total amino acid content of two varieties winter wheat.The result showed that Zinc significantly increased the content of 9 kinds of amino acids,the essential amino acids including threonine?phenylalanine and lysine,the non-essential amino acids including aspartate?serine?glutamate?alanine?arginine and Proline,the other amino acid have no significantly changes.This result shows that the application of Zn fertilizer can significantly increase the amino acid content and composition ratio of wheat grain.In this paper,we found that the appropriate zinc fertilizer application amount is the Zn10 treatment.it can be regard as a reference how to application of zinc fertilizer in the actual production process.
