ND, IB etc. occurred in a broiler famer of a company. In order to control theoccurrence, we conducted this experiment by monitoring the maternal antibodies andchanges in law of ND, IB to rebuild a new immunization program, furthermore, monitored the effect. Two hundred rose308chicks of1-day-old were randomly divided into sixexperimental groups (Ⅰ-Ⅵ). The alteration of maternal antibodies in30broilers ofGroup Ⅰwere monitored since2-day-old, and the first immunity was made when ND≤6log2. For the second time when ND≤6log2.30broilers in Group Ⅱ followed theimmune program of ND made by the company.30broilers in Group Ⅲ was immunizedfor the first time with ND and IB vaccine respectively when ND≤6log2, IB≤3000; for thesecond time when the two antibodies falled or less than the same levels again.30broilersin Group Ⅳ followed the immune programs of ND and IB made by the company.30broilers in Group Ⅴ carried out the whole immune program about ND, IB, IBD, AIstrictly. The control group Ⅵ including40birds without immunizing any vaccine andwas tracked to monitor the alteration of ND, IB antibodies. The blood were collectedfrom heart at2,5,7,10-day-old respectively and under the wing at13,16,20,24,28,31,35,39,43-day-old respectively, besides, birds of every groups were marked on the feet.IB antibody level was detected by ELISA, ND was by HI-HA.The results of maternal antibodies present ND maternal antibody titers were neat, uniform and at an average of9.1log2at2-day-old. Follw with the increase of age, maternal antibodies of birds decreased gradually to1log2at31-day-old. ND maternalantibodies were in average of6.1log2(ND≤6log2)at5-day-old, therefore groups ⅠandⅢ were immunized at6-day-old for the first time, when the average were6.9log2at16-day-old and following6.1log2at28-day-old, birds should be immunized at17-day-old for the second time and28-day-old for the third time respectively. The antibody test result of ND presented that the difference was not significant(P>0.05)at early days and became extremely significant(P<0.01)at day31whencomparing with group Ⅰ(6.8log2)to Ⅱ(2.1log2). Difference between group Ⅰ (6.8log2) and Ⅲ(6.1log2) was not significant(P>0.05). It was not significant(P >0.05)at early days and became extremely significant(P<0.01)at day31whencomparing with group Ⅰ(6.8log2) to Ⅳ (2.1log2) while it was extremelysignificant(P<0.01)when comparing with group Ⅰ to Ⅴ.The antibody test result of IB presented that maternal antibody level of chick wasrelatively high ranging from7486to2885during2to7-day-old resulting in birds beingimmunized of IB at7-day-old for the first time, and time was determined to immunizethe birds at17-day-old for the antibody titer was3025at16-day-old, then maternalantibody gradually decreased to a low level till day30.Difference of change about IB antibody was not significant(P>0.05) whencomparing with group Ⅰ to Ⅲ while it was extremely significant (P<0.01) whencomparing to control group, IB antibodies of group Ⅰ and Ⅲ were so high than theothers that the differences were significant(P<0.05). Moreover, the difference evenbecame extremely significant(P<0.01)at24,28,32,35-day-old. Difference betweengroup Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was not significant(P>0.05).Application of the immunization program in the three broiler breeding base fromYanshan county, for the confirming test. The results showed: during the breeding cycle,no disease occurred in this test area. in a crowd,There were still diverging ND and IBbroilers by using company immunization programs. In Julu, Daming counties, ND andIB were controlled successfully by using our new immunization programs...
