Fiber-optic reflective displacement sensor attracts much attention for its particular advantages, such as simply theory, easy realization, good stability and so on. With the requirement of wide measurement range and high precision, it is re-designed based on the basic principle of the simplest reflective fiber-optic sensor. For some work having been finished at the beginning of this project, I will mainly describe the electric circuit.Corn is China’s major grain crops, improper storage prone to mildew caused a great deal of loss and damage to the China stored grain. Aflatoxin is one of the major toxins of moldy, it is a very serious carcinogen to human and animal health and do great harm. Therefore, the study quickly and accurately detect the presence of aflatoxin in corn, is currently a hot research, it is a problems to be solved. However, most of the existing detection technology to detect slow or low sensitivity limitations, making the research and development of rapid, non-destructive, accurate detection method is imminent. The terahertz technology as a new detection technology,because of its unique spectral properties, by THz spectroscopy to obtain material, extracting useful optical parameters, can be qualitative or quantitative analysis of material. Terahertz technology has been widely used in many areas, also in the initial stages of exploration and research in the food and agricultural security detection.This paper terahertz spectroscopy study on aflatoxin B1solution containing aflatoxin B1corn solid samples by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The first to use the method of least squares support vector machine to a quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1solution, and then try corn toxin mixture, aims to explore the prospects of terahertz technology in the field of research. The main research contents of the article are as follows:Research terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system, different concentrations of aflatoxin B1solution sample preparation procedures and aflatoxin B1solution terahertz spectrum. First according to the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the optical parameters in different frequency ranges B1solution for analysis, and then the least squares support vector machine method of its quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1for the future establishment of terahertzthe presence of aflatoxin in the spectral libraries and rapid detection of corn provides a theoretical basis.Research moldy corn aflatoxin B1in the extraction process, based on their terahertz spectroscopy the refractive index, absorption coefficient and other parameters, the application of the improved DS evidence fusion algorithm. By calculating the reliability of the joint at each concentration, the concentration corresponding to the maximum confidence level as the concentration of the test sample. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher aflatoxin concentrations recognition recognition rate.
