In present study, Liaodong Peninsula coastal zone, Liaohe estuary intertidal zone andDalian supratidal zone were selected as the study sites. The first part of this investigation isstudy of soil nematode community characteristics of different types of vegetation in Liaoheestuarine wetland. It aims to explore the distribution characteristic of soil nematodes inLiaohe Delta wetland. Liaohe delta national nature reserve and Zhao Quanhe wetland of theLiaohe estuary development zone were chose as study sites, the distribution of soil nematodesand its ecological index of trophic group in Suaeda salsa community in protection zone anddevelopment zone as well as the reed community are receptively analyzed. The experimentalresults show that, the variation of soil nematodes’ quantity and genera distribution are in orderof that: Suaeda salsa protection region is higher than that of Suaeda salsa development zone, and higher than that of reed zone; The dominant trophic group of Suaeda salsa communitywere bacterial-feeding nematode and plant nematode; thus bacterial-feeding nematode andbacterial-feeding nematode are mainly in the reed zone; In the Suaeda salsa community, therewas significant correlation between soil physicochemical characters and the quantity, generaand the group number of soil nematodes. This study shows that the soil environment inprotection area of Suaeda salsa community is more stable, the disturbance in this area issmaller, followed by the development zone, in where food web is also in a structured state. The soil environment of reed community is disturbed more by outside activities the soilenvironment is more sensitive, besides, the food web in a degraded state. Put the nematodes’spatial distribution in protection zone and development zone into contrast, the research of thatprovides an effective tool for the further study of Liaohe estuary wetland ecosystem. The research of the soil nematode communities under different vegetation in Daliancoastal protection forest was showed in the second part, the study last for about one year. Soilnematodes were collected from soil using elutriated-sieving-shallow pan method. The resultsindicated that soil physical and chemical characters were correlated with the number ofnematodes, the number of genera and ecological index significantly. The number of soilnematode changed along with seasons, summer>autumn>spring. The community diversityindex of soil nematode, evenness index, richness index, trophic index were in order of Mixedforest (Clc)>Coniferous forest (Pm)>Broad-leaved forest (Cc). Function groups index analysis shows that the soil environment were less interference and the more in the Cc, soilecological system were health.and the food web are forming. The results showed that:different vegetation restoration types have significant effects on soil nematode communities.
