In order to highlight the full aroma style characteristics of sweet scent, effects of the different nitrogen application and different proportion of nitrogen and potassium on yield and quality of the main cultivars of cured tobacco (Yun87, K326and Yun97) in Zhuzhou were studied in this paper, the results showed that:1. With nitrogen application increasing, there were significant or extremely significant differences in the major growth periods, height, stem circumference, pitch, the largest leaf length and width of Yun87, K326and Yun97. With potassium increasing, stem girth, leaf length and width of the waist showed an increasing trend, there was significant difference. Compared with Yun87and Yun97, K326was more sensitive to nitrogen and potassium.2. With the nitrogen fertilizer increasing, the yields of three test varieties were increased, there existed extremely significant differences. With the increase in the amount of potassium, the proportion of upper-middle-tobacco, value and average price increased, there was significant difference. The treatment N3K4(nitrogen180kg/hm2, potassium540kg/hm2) of Yunyan87was the best in economic traits. But as for Yunyan97and K326, the best treatments were N3K3(nitrogen180kg/hm2, potassium450kg/hm2) and N2K4(nitrogen165kg/hm2, potassium412.5kg/hm2) respectively.3. With nitrogen increasing, nicotine and total nitrogen increased, the upper leaf starch content increased. With potassium increasing, potassium content of upper leaves increased. With nitrogen increasing, K326and Yun97upper leaf chemical composition comprehensive usability score decreased. The comprehensive usability score of upper leaves in Nl (nitrogen150kg/hm2) for Yun87, K326and Yun97was the highest, being77.79,71.94and76.51respectively. As for middle leaves, comprehensive usability evaluation of treatment N3(nitrogen180kg/hm2) was the highest, followed by N2(nitrogen165kg/hm2) treatment. Chemical composition of usability score of lower leaves were lower, they were less affected by the amount of nitrogen and nitrogen and potassium ratio.As for comprehensive evaluation, the treatment N3K3(nitrogen180kg/hm2, potassium450kg/hm2) of Yunyan87was the best in Huotian, the treatment N2K3(nitrogen165kg/hm2, potassium412.5kg/hm2) of Yun97in Yaopi and K326in Jieshou was the best. The output was medium, fine tobacco ratio, the proportion of upper-middle-tobacco, value and average price were higher, the availability of comprehensive tobacco chemical composition were higher.
