As food safety problem more and more prominent,people also more and more high to the requirement of tobacco leaf quality,regular tobacco production has not meet the demand of social development,so the organic tobacco production has become a new direction of the development of tobacco agriculture.This article mainly from applying organic fertilizer content,planting density and multi-topping time and leave leaf number and vegetable oil consumption and daub leaves yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and the influence of organic tobacco leaf quality evaluation comparative study on the five aspects,the test results are as follows:1.Effect of Different Organic Fertilizer Amount on Yield and Quality of Organic Tobacco in YibinThrough the application of organic fertilizers of 3000kg/hm2,3750kg/hm2,and4500kg/hm2,the growth of tobacco plants,the economic characteristics and quality of tobacco leaves were studied.Results showed that with the increase of fertilizing of organic fertilizer,the growth period of the tobacco plants was extended.The main agronomic traits of the typical period of the smoke were also increased;The production and production of tobacco plants also increased.The organic fertilizer,3750kg/hm2,was of moderate length,good appearance,good maturity and quality,and the quality of evaluation was better than the other two.2.Effects of Different Planting Densities on Yield and Quality of Organic Tobacco in YibinBased on the planting density of 15000 plants/hm2,16500 plants/hm2,and 18,000plants/hm2,the growth of tobacco plants,the economic characteristics and quality of tobacco leaves were studied.Results showed that with the increase of planting density,the increasing tendency of tobacco plants was increasing.The tendency of the pitch to decrease after the first increase;There were no obvious effects of the agricultural traits of the tobacco plants in other typical periods;With the increase of planting density,the trend of increasing output and output value,the trend of decreasing proportion of premium smoke and the decreasing of the average price,As the density of the plant increased,the amount of nicotine in the upper part of the leaf was decreasing.The appearance quality of the leaf tobacco decreased with the increase of planting density,and the quality of the tobacco leaf assessment decreased with the increase of planting density.3.Effects of Different Roofing Time and Leaves on Yield and Quality of Organic Tobacco in YibinThrough the study of different topping times and leaf retention(5,10 and 15 days of budding and 18,20 and 22 leaves),the growth of tobacco plants and the economic characteristics and quality of tobacco leaves were studied.Results showed that with remained leaf number increasing the field growth period prolonged,the plant height increased and the length and width of upper leaf decreased significantly,but topping time had no obvious effect on growth period and agronomic characters.The topping time and remained leaf number had obvious effect on average price,proportion of middle and superior tobacco leavesand output.The content of nicotine and total nitrogen of upper leaves declined with topping time delaying and remained leaf number increasing.The appearance and smoking quality declined with topping time delaying,and the economic characters and quality of tobacco leaves without chemical fertilizers and pesticides were best when topping at 5 days after budding and 20 leaves remained.4 Different vegetable oil consumption and applied leaf position on the quality of organic tobacco production in YibinThrough different vegetable oil usage(2m L/plant,4m L/plant and 6m L/plant)and applying leaf position(3,5,and 7 from top to bottom),the tobacco plant growth,economic characteristics and quality of tobacco Research.Results showed that there was no significanteffect on the main agronomic traits of the growth period,plant height,stem circumference and leaf number of tobacco plants.With the increase of the amount of vegetable oil and the increased of leaf position,The leaf length and width of the three leaves increased first and then decreased.When the amount of vegetable oil was the same,the yield value of tobacco leaf increased first and then decreased with the increase of leaf position.With the increase of the amount of leaf and vegetable oil,The length of axillary buds increased with the increase of the amount of vegetable oil,and the length of axillary buds was the same as that of smear leaves when the amount of vegetable oil was the same.When the amount of nicotine and total nitrogen increased,The number of axillary buds increased with the increase of the amount of vegetable oil,and then decreased with the increase of the amount of vegetable oil when the amount of vegetable oil was the same.By comparing the control 1 and the control 2,it can be concluded that the fresh weight of axillary buds of A2B2 and A3B2 tobacco plants was suitable.5.Comparative Study on Quality of Organic Tobacco Leaves in YibinThrough the research on the growth of tobacco plants and the economic characteristics and quality of tobacco in conventionally grown tobacco and organically grown tobacco.Results showed that there was no significant difference between agronomic traits,economic benefit was significantly lower than that of conventional tobacco leaves,and chemical composition,appearance quality and sensory quality were superior to conventional tobacco leaves.
