In the technology of tobacco production, in order to control the impact of tobacco growth and also remain the yield of quality, in 2014, Tobacco Institute Proving Ground Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province Ning An home science,remaining 981 as the test materials, we carry out the related tests, which about tobacco agronomic traits of different leaves and planting densities under the chlorophyll content, optical properties, chemical quality, pest and economic traits. We have observed and documented relevant statistics and analysis. The results showed as follows:1. With the increasing of the number of remaining leaves, tobacco leaves’ length and width decrease in the number of 18, the next leaves’ growth reaches a maximum;leaf area index and chlorophyll content increased firstly and decreased in 18 number of leaves under treatment, chlorophyll SPAD value, leaf area index reaches its maximum; the rate of fine tobacco, the tobacco proper rate, the average price, yield per unit, original production value remained leaves number 18 in the best performance; under treatment of the number 18 leaves, nicotine, sugar, sugar,,chlorine, and potassium rates than evaluation score is more appropriate.2. With the decrease of planting density the planting height of flue-cured tobacco,stem girth, leaves’ length and width showed an increasing trend; net photosynthetic rate, stomata conductance and transpiration rate and even water used efficiently was gradually rising, which reached in spacing 53 cm, density 18865/hm2 treatment under maximum; at 16665/hm2 handle with the actual minimum fluorescence at 18865 /hm2ΦPS II and the maximum fluorescence value is more stable; chlorophyll SPAD values and leaf area index showed an upward trend in 18865/hm2 treatment up to maximum;superior tobacco rate, the rate of moderate smoke, orange smoke rate, the average price and yields in the 18865/hm2 maximum processing performance best; total nitrogen, reducing sugar, chlorine and potassium than the first and then decreased in the density of 18865/hm2 chemical composition coordination, assignment evaluation score are the most suitable; gradually reduce the incidence of pests and diseases, the density of 16665/hm2 treatment incidence reaches a minimum, following18865/hm2.In conclusion, in terms of this research, considering some aspects such as thecombination of agronomic traits, leaf area index, chlorophyll content and leaf chemical quality performance, planting density 18865/hm2, 18 leaves per unit plant are benefit for the production.
