Then it can help to get the deeper study of the composition and construction on B.cereus.So we can depend on the mechanism developing biopesticide.The research results were listed as follows:1.The antergic test of Bacillus cereus against Rhizoctonia solani,Ustilaginoidea virens Tak,Fusarium graminearum,Phyricularia grisea Saccand scerotinia sclerotiorum demonstrates B.cereus was antergic.The bacteriostatic dia. of R. solani was the best. So we choose R solani to be the indicator bacteria in the next test.2.We got the results via indicator bacteria that ethyl acetate was the best solvent of abstrcting B.cereus nutrient solution,the best temperature is28℃,the time was36h,the best ratio of nutrient solution to ethyl acetate was1:4,ultrasound extract was the best way.3.We used the best abstract codition to extracting active substance of B. cereus,then do a test against R.solani,ECso was2.03mg/mL and the control effect reaches to-73.42%.
