Fertilization in agriculture was one of the measures of conventional production and fertilizer in the soil-plant system was an important and indispensable part of regulation. From the perspective of fertilization, the selecting of the appropriate fertilizers and fertilization methods directly or indirectly affected transportation, absorption, distribution of the heavy metals in the soil-tobacco system, which played an important role in control of the heavy metals in tobacco and the achievement of the sustainable and healthy development. This article as a starting point, the study on the influence of the application of different fertilizer and the application levels in this pot experiment on the effectiveness of lead occurrence in soil and the absorption of lead elements in tobacco in different type of the soil was conducted to obtain valuable technical information,which was used in the contol of heavy metal contents in flue-cured tobacco. The main conclusions were shown as follows:1. Plant was stimulated the role of growth when soil in the low level of lead, which as a non-essential elements of plant, high level of Pb on the tobacco plants have strong poison, the growth of tobacco would be significantly inhibited. Potassium fertilizer can promote tobacco plants high, stem thickness and dry weight growth, which reduced the lead content in different parts of the tobacco and the enrichment factor. It showing that potassium fertilizer can reduce the effectiveness of lead in plants. Different potassium fertilizer reducing the effectiveness of lead in plant, KNO3 than K2SO4 had more advantage. Between two level K2SO4 to lower lead content of tobacco leaves No significant differences, which effectively reduced the Tobacco Roots Lead content, but high level of fertilizer than the low level of KNO3 more effective in reducing the lead content of tobacco leaves, but them can not effectively reduce tobacco roots and stems of lead.2. Agronomic survey showed that the different treatments, the nitrogen fertilizer on tobacco growing in the lead pollution soil and biomass of agronomic traits have significantly improved the performance of the most outstanding of which is NaN03, (NH4) 2SO4 applied in high leve of lead pollution soil can effectively increase the tobacco root dry matter accumulation, three types of nitrogen fertilizers have increased the growth of the stems and leaves of tobacco plant dry matter accumulation in high-lead-level soil. Nitrogen fertilizer on tobacco from various parts of the absorption of lead migration analysis, in the high lead level soil treatment experiment, (NH4) 2SO4 treatment could control tobacco plants significantly reduced absorption, and it is an increase in polluted soil effective nitrogen fertilizer for tobacco root activity. Analysis of different treatments on quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco reached, nitrogen fertilizer was applied in low level of lead pollution soil significantly increased the resistance of tobacco and tobacco leaf chemical quality.3. Form the Soil type impact on tobacco absorb lead, paddy soil than dry soil to prevent the absorption of lead in the effectiveness of tobacco was better.From tobacco varieties, in lead polluting soil Hong da than K326 had advantages on the growth of agronomic traits, dry matter accumulation, physiological indicators and quality indicators.
