This paper take Populus×Xiaohei plant in Bashang area of Zhangjiakou as theresearch object, through the analysis of cutting wood, root pruning and embedded pilePopulus×xiaohei,use the method of tree stem analysis and harvest method, to determinethe biomass of the tree. The paper mainly research growth process of height and DBH, treeheight curve equation, biomass and carbon storage of single plant. And according tobiomass of asexual reproduction Populus×Xiaohei speculate the biomass and carbonstorage of Populus×Xiaohei plant. In order to understand the biomass and carbon storageof Populus×Xiaohei plant in Bashang region of Zhangjiakou, provide a theoretical basisfor the study of carbon cycle in the area of poplar, and provide theoretical reference torelated research in the future. The results are as follows:(1) The DBH growth curve of3type asexual reproduction Populus×Xiaohei inZhangjiakou Bashang area curve into "S", and cutting wood, root pruning and embeddedpile Populus×Xiaohei has higher correlation. Speculate the growth curve of DBH and treeheight by using Richard, and compared, results show that: The different mode of asexualreproduction Populus×Xiaohei DBH growth performance is root pruning> buried≈cuttingwood Populus×Xiaohei;The growth performance of height is buried> root pruning>cutting wood Populus×Xiaohei.(2) Based on the analysis of the distribution of diameter grade of Populus×Xiaohei,results show that: the coincidency of cutting woods and buried Populus×Xiaohei was thelargest (7/9), concentrated at8.5-11; The second is the coincidency of embedded pile androot pruning Populus×Xiaohei (6/9), concentrated at10-12.5;The last is the coincidency ofcutting wood and root pruning (4/9), concentrated at10-11.5. The above data shows thegrowth trend: root pruning is better than embedded pile Populus×Xiaohei, embedded pileis better than cutting wood Populus×Xiaohei. The2test value of asexual reproductionPopulus×Xiaohei were analysed, results show that were embedded pile2(13.892)<rootpruning2(19.037)<cutting wood2(19.101)<20.05, It shows that diameter distribution ofembedded pile Populus×xiaohei is the most accord with normal distribution, followed by cutting wood, again for the root.(3)Analysis of cutting wood, root pruning and embedded pile of lesser blackpoplar tree height curve model, the coefficient of determination R2of two times curvemodel of biomass model of DBH and tree height of three times curve model is more than0.9.(4)Individual biomass of asexual reproduction Populus×Xiaohei shows that, trunkbiomass of cutting woods Populus×Xiaohei is68083.91g, branch biomass was13594.19g,leaf biomass is5648.55G. Trunk biomass of root pruning is98220.47g, branch biomass is17495.24g, leaf biomass is7499.50g. Trunk biomass of embedded pile Populus×Xiaoheiis79157.80g, branch biomass was13208.99g, leaf biomass was5835.57g.The organ carbon storage of asexual reproduction of individual plant Populus×Xiaohei are as follows: the trunk carbon storage of cutting wood Populus×xiaohei is33156.87g, branches carbon storage is6647.56g, leaf carbon storage2745.20g. The trunkcarbon storage of root pruning Populus×xiaohei is48029.81g, the branches carbon storageis85.19g, the leaves carbon storage3727.25g. The trunk carbon storage of embedded pilePopulus×xiaohei is38233.22g, the branches carbon storage is6512.03g, the leaves carbonstorage is2795.24g. The order of carbon storage of three kinds Populus×xiaohei is asfollows:root pruning Populus×xiaohei> embedded pile Populus×xiaohei>cutting woodPopulus×xiaohei.(5) Regression biomass estimation model of stand on the ground, using the nonlineartwo times curve model in regression model (D1.32H), three times curve model (D1.3), forestimating forest biomass and carbon storage.(6)According to the model, the aboveground biomass of Populus×xiaohei are asfollows. Cutting wood Populus×xiaohei: trunk biomass is41067.43kg/ha, branch biomassis8745.27kg/ha, leaf biomass is3153.50kg/ha, biomass aboveground is52966.19kg/ha;Root pruning Populus×xiaohei: trunk biomass is30697.70kg/ha, branch biomass is5485.69kg/ha, leaf biomass is2277.39kg/ha, biomass aboveground is38460.78kg/ha;Embedded pile Populus×xiaohei: trunk biomass is11586.57kg/ha, branch biomass is1876.09kg/ha, leaf biomass is1012.46kg/ha, biomass aboveground is14475.12kg/ha.Carbon storage of each hectare Populus×xiaohei are as follows.Cutting woodPopulus×xiaohei: trunk carbon storage is19999.84kg/ha, branch carbon storage is4276.44kg/ha, leaf carbon storage is1532.60kg/ha, total carbon storage is25808.87kg/ha;Root pruning Populus×xiaohei: trunk carbon storage is15011.17kg/ha, branch carbonstorage is2660.56kg/ha, leaf carbon storage is1131.87kg/ha, total carbon storage is18803.60kg/ha; Embedded pile Populus×xiaohei: trunk carbon storage is11586.57kg/ha,branch carbon storage is1876.09kg/ha, leaf carbon storage is1012.46kg/ha, total carbon storage is14475.12kg/ha.The average carbon storage’s cumulative rate of Populus×xiaohei trunk, branch, leafand aboveground are as follows:1. trunk carbon storage: Root pruning>Embedded pile>Cutting wood;2. branch carbon storage: Root pruning>Cutting wood>Embedded pile;3. leaf carbon storage: Embedded pile>Root pruning>Cutting wood;4. aboveground carbon storage: Root pruning> Cutting wood>Embedded pile.To sum up, the cumulative rate of Populus×xiaohei carbon storage are as follows: Rootpruning>Embedded pile>Cutting wood.
